Shitty custommer service. When i showed up to buy they had a small sign that said no french bread i did not see it so i went in and the lady was rude and told me about the sign insted of just telling me they had non. Me and my friend and family are never comming here.

I was at the other end of the shopping center and could smell the bread baking. I had to walk down and try some. The staff were very friendly. I purchased a variety of pastries to take home and share. We had them the next morning for breakfast and enjoy every bite. It is not overly sweet breads or pastries. If only I lived closer I would visit more often. Instead this will be a stopping point whenever I am in Frederick again.

They do what they want, not what the customer asks for, they are rude and tell you that they will make the cake as you ask and when you arrive to pick it up they say that they couldn't do it, it shows a lack of respect, they play with people, I don't recommend that terrible place. service

Bread !!! Delicious, but the customer service was terrible. I was served by a young man who looked like he didn't want to work. We said good afternoon and no one answered, so I understood that maybe they were busy, but after seeing the young man's attitude, I I realized that he was the pedant.

Good bread. The price has gone up a lot in a very short time, but the taste is good... The service is still very good. ?? The bad thing is that you can NO LONGER choose your bread yourself. They closed access to the display cases.
All the bread is very delicious but there are times when French bread is good and other times quite hard.

I custom ordered a tres leches cake for my party/daughter’s birthday & it was AMAZING!!! Frosting was light and creamy and the cake was so moist and packed with flavor. Just get the tres leches and thank me later. This will be my go to for all future cake orders we need. Delicioso indeed!
