I was at the other end of the shopping center and could smell the bread baking. I had to walk down and try some. The staff were very friendly. I purchased a variety of pastries to take home and share. We had them the next morning for breakfast and enjoy every bite. It is not overly sweet breads or pastries. If only I lived closer I would visit more often. Instead this will be a stopping point whenever I am in Frederick again.

The bad thing is that you can NO LONGER choose your bread yourself. They closed access to the display cases.
