Domino's Pizza

Ordered online and put the wrong address. Called and sat on hold for 5+ min and told him the correct address. Delivery drivers shows up to a complete random address and calls me from a random number. I give him the correct address and he says on the way.. he goes to the wrong address again. Called store and sat on hold for a while for them to tell me he heard the wrong address. No apologies from the manager on duty or any sympathy once so ever.

The west Patrick street location is always on point. The service is friendly and outstanding every single time I visit. The food is always cooked perfectly. I've had many issues with the Dominos locations in Hagerstown, MD it is always a hit or a miss. Food would come out way over cooked and burnt half of the time. Frederick, MD West Patrick Street Domino's has an outstanding team that cares and the service and food prove that. The only problem I have with this location is completely unrelated to Domino's. The horrible parking lot and area that it's unfortunately stuck in is horrendous. I don't know who designed the Vista Shopping Centers parking lot but it's completely disfunctional. Keep up the amazing teamwork and leadership. You guys have something special. Great work and thank you!

63 minutes to get my order when the estimate was 20-35 minutes. Was just about to call to cancel and get a refund when they finally showed up. Nothing like having to microwave my meal after getting it because it's freakin cold. Tasted terrible after that. Threw out the whole pie.

Ordered a Philly cheese steak speciality pizza and a Bacon chicken ranch sub and both were the worst I’ve ever had from dominoes… basically no meat on the pizza or chicken on the sub… nothing but bread and cheese no ranch no chicken
Then the pizza was nothing but pile of mushrooms… Dominoes you suck!
I want my money back

The restaurant is so dirty and my food today from this location was too bad I didn’t finish my sandwich and i didn’t eat my pasta at all my first time order from here and will be last time

We get cheese pizza and how come the bread falls apart like they never even put it in the oven…. It’s truly disgusting. Bunch of kids who work there… like do better. It’s pizza. And I get the easiest pizza to make. It shouldn’t be raw .

Ordered a few cheese pizza’s for my sons birthday for pickup. Pizza was fresh. Very great customer service, was greeted kindly and asked if there was anything we could be helped with. Great staff. Keep it up !!!

Our neighborhood can be difficult to deliver in, and our order was accidentally delivered to the wrong address at first. After calling in to let them know, the person that answered the phone was very helpful and instantly offered to resend my order again without any hesitation or questioning or anything like that.

The driver showed up about 25-30 minutes later with our "reorder", and it arrived hot and well made. Mistakes are inevitable, and the way a place handles their mistakes tells you a lot about how they're run. This Domino's location is *very* well run!

Does not support deliveries to local military base. While most dominoes in other states do, this one definitely shows it lack of support to the local military installation and unwillingness adds to the decrease morale of soldiers on base

Deal 50% off all pizzas. Did not realize it also meant only 50% of the toppings would be included. One pizza had toppings so skimpy I almost mistook it for a cheese pizza. Normally I have no problems, but this time was a fail. ☹️

I ordered for carryout. I was immediately greeted and the workers were attentive. I picked up the pizza a bit past my selected time, but they were still hot and fresh. They have good deals for medium sized pizzas!

Just had two pizzas from here and they must have been just about the best pizzas we have every had .was like eating a cloud . Friendly in the store too .
