Restored some faith in the brand, this store makes a decent pie from the regular ingredients. I'll try another order from here!

I wanna give a huge shout out to my boy Rico. Not only was he ALONE due to an unfortunate call out. He still had a wonderful attitude and got my order out in record time and my pizzas were delicious. Yes pizzas, I had 3 pizzas. GIVE HIM A RAISE!! He is an exceptional worker and deserves to be recognized.

They just not capable to make pizza from the menu

A little skimpy on the toppings- this is an EXTRA pineapple pizza. Wish they would be more generous on toppings.

Whoever is the staff working on October 31st was absolute non-superior. Took 2 hours to get a pizza, I called three times, put on hold twice, absolute ridiculous. Food tasted like cardboard will never order again.

This location routinely gives delivery estimates that they have no intention of achieving, and then place you on hold and never pick back up if you phone to complain.

Great service, nice greeting as soon as I came in. Unfortunately my pizza was a bit odd. I ordered it with no cheese but it also didn't have much sauce? It seems like someone just used a ketchup squirt bottle and quickly went over my pizza with it. Dough was great though!

Lazy employees… asked for a discount they had online and they said they couldn’t do it when they did it for me before

I recently ordered Pacific Veggie 14’ pizza online and selected the Domino's pizza at 3254 Bennett Creek Ave, Urbana, Frederick MD for pick up. When I went to pick up the pizza, I did not check inside since I trusted Domino’s based on my previous experience in other places. When I opened the box at home, it was thick crust while the picture online of pacific veggie was thin crust. I called the store, and they asked me to bring the pizza for proof, and they will give me another one if what I said was true! I went to the store with the pizza and the manager asked me several questions. They didn’t even have pacific veggie in store menu and instead they made something called new veggie which was never there on their website. I said the order was wrong, but the manager was rude and told his employees not to make another one! Never go to this domino’s store. Even better, never order Domino’s pizza! I have decided to remove dominos from my phone apps, and I am never ever going to order anything in Domino's!

My wife placed an order at 848 pm I arrived at the store at 930 pm. Went to the register stated customer name to pick up the order and was ignored. I sat down waiting for a representative to respond or ask how can I assist you. The order was done when I arrived. One stocked the fridge with sodas for over 10 minutes. I waited for them to return to the register. I spoke to the same rep 2 times and another 1 time to simply pick up an order that was ready on arrival. Please avoid this store it’s clearly an issue with the staff. The pizza and brownies were cold when they were handed to me.

This pizza has gone so downhill. Go anywhere else for pizza.

Tried stuffed crust for the first time. The texture, taste, temperature was below average. I had 2 squares and decided to throw away. I never throw pizza away until this pizza
