As a Korean, I am very disappointed.
1. Weird cuts and combinations of parts that are ridiculously cut without any consideration for the person eating them.
2. Thick and greasy batter
3. Very simple depth of seasoning
4.And most importantly...low quality chicken.
It's not easy for Korean chicken to taste bad, so try your best.

The chicken wings were extremely disappointing. They had a terrible aftertaste that left me feeling uncomfortable. The wings also looked unappetizing and poorly prepared. Overall, a very unsatisfying experience.

Taste has changed, in a bad way. We went to this place when it first opened and were very excited because we did not have a Korean chicken place in Frederick, and the taste was actually very good as a Korean person who had tried many different places. However, today our excitement turned into disappointment.
We ordered sweet and spicy and Ppurings chicken. To start with the sweet and spicy, the sauce was very watery with no real sweetness to it but rather a fishy smell with too much sourness. In addition, the lack of sauce on the chicken made it worse and very bland. Ppurings seasoning was pretty much the same as when we first had it, so no comment and no complain.
The chicken was not seasoned well, so it was a bit salty. The radish was also just plain vinegar with no real sweetness to it.
Overall, I wish they do better, but I would not recommend this place at the moment.

This is the only Korean chicken spot in that area. Needs Bon Chon or some other competition. First time really experiencing poor korean cuisine. Generally korean food is somewhat minimum on point, but this spot is on par with shady chinese spots. This used to be decent when first opened, but after few years later revisiting and a second time to give it another chance, it unfortunately has fell off in quality. This is surprisingly still operational even for Frederick standards.

I come here a lot and the chicken is always fresh and juicy! It’s the kind of chicken where you can bite into the bone and the marrow is still moist and full of flavor! The fried outside is really crunchy and delicious! Ive tried a lot of flavors… A small is ~15$ and a large is ~30$. The chicken is always ready very fast, the kitchen is clean, and the chefs are diligent
Ppurings chicken: If you love cheese snacks like cheetos you will love this, it has a very savory cheesy powder coating.
Sweet and Spicy chicken: really tasty and not too spicy. Comes covered in a lot of the sauce
Soy Garlic chicken: my favorite flavor… really savory and addictive and easy to eat since the sauce covering isn’t too thick or heavy
Spicy Soy Garlic chicken: It’s actually really spicy for my tastes so if you like korean style intense spiciness you’ll like this

Got the spicy soy and sweet and spicy wings. Both were delicious and cooked well. That said, I always ask for my wings extra crispy. Would recommend and will be visiting again

The most tender and juicy chicken I’ve ever had! Sweet and Spicy (NOT hot) is well loved by everyone in my family. Usually fast to get your order ready as well. The atmosphere all depends on the food court’s staff and cleanliness.

Absolutely fantastic Korean fried chicken. Try the Ppurings flavors. I don't know what's in the powder but it's really addictive. Very crispy skin and the chicken itself is very tender and juicy. 10/10 will try all the flavors.
