I’ve had several disappointing interactions with staff here recently. Dunkin is great, but I will not be returning to this location.

I had the worst experience at this place! The cashier didn’t know how to process orders or how the system works. My sandwich was cold, and the hash browns were too! They even laughed at a customer when they made a mistake with his order—he specifically asked for a certain bagel, but they gave him whatever they wanted! To make matters worse, they rudely asked the customer about it instead of apologizing. On top of all this, there were flies hovering around the donut station. The staff was very rude and clearly didn’t care about the customers. I will never return to this place, and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends to avoid it as well! At least my coffee was good!
Drive thru worker had attitude for no reason. She tried to charge us 70¢ for whipped cream. Coffee tastes like a pumpkin chapstick mixed with acid and burnt coffee.

I went to this Dunkin at 4:05pm on a weekday. We stood there for 15 minutes, in their dirty store, before anyone even came up to ask if we were ready to order. Then the worker said “excuse me hold on” and walked away. Another guy came over about 2 minutes later and when we asked for one of their specialty drinks advertised on their menu, he said they were out of that flavor. Left at 4:22 with nothing and won’t be coming back.
First visit to this Location On a Monday morning at 6:30 AM, As a business owner myself, I can’t help but pay close attention to customer service that I receive. Horrible customer service, five employees working behind the counter. No one greeted me As I said Good morning with a smile, and I had to reach over the counter to grab my order which was missing items. I re-entered the store and a gentleman Not in uniform, grabbed the remainder of my items. I asked if he was the manager and he said no, i then expressed my concerns and he said that he would speak to the team. The hash browns were burned and cold. The store floor was filthy. I’ll patron my regular locations instead, won’t be back.

I ordered food from here on doordash thinking it would be good because I am 8 months pregnant and crave dunkin everyday! However, this morning my egg was black yes you read it correctly. I took one bite of it then realized and spit it all out. Now I have been throwing up since anything I eat or drink disgusting never going here again ??

The drive-thru seems more oriented towards getting you through as fast as possible instead of getting the full order, which can be really frustrating with larger orders.
Food is expectedly mediocre, but the real disappointment is the hashbrowns. These days they serve them incredibly soggy and they always disappoint. Definitely avoid that side and stick with the donuts and sandwiches.
Cant count how many times they have messed up my order. Ordered 2 Lattes ... But got coffee.... Still payed the premium price for a Latte.... Very Moody too
