I wish I could give 0 stars but I forces me to put at least one. This is the absolute WORST Dunkin in the history of Dunkin’s. They quality of food sucks, donuts are always freezing cold and hard, the workers are extremely lazy, nothing EVER comes out looking the way it should, and when you bring it to their attention they literally could care less. Even more reason to NEVER come here, there’s another Dunkin less than 10 minutes away owned by the absolute sweetest lady EVER!!! Please do not give this low quality, mediocre, rude customer service having trash Dunkin’s a freaking penny.

Used to go here regularly. Slowly the quality has dropped. Why am I paying for cream cheese if I don't even get enough to cover half a bagel? Then on Friday I got this bagel.... ridiculous

Located in parking lot of FHH Rosehill. Went there after family member had a doctor visit and enjoyed Iced Coffee & Breakfast sandwiche. Wish there was more seating than for 8 people total inside but that is minor.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with multiple curb cutouts for ramp access.

Christmas day. Posted hours say open until 1 pm. I was there at 12:40 and the doors were locked but drive thu was open. Waited in line and was then told that they were only serving coffee. When I complained, the guy oin the speaker said "Go to hell, bro". Now I go to McDonald's. This is the WORST excuse for any kind of business and apparently no one cares. Read the other reviews. Don't even go close to this place.

My husband and I always go for their iced coffee. The service is great! It's always nice and pleasant when we go. And we go to Dunkin Donuts all the time.
I ordered a large ice Carmel machiato and a dozen donuts the coffee was fine but, when I got home to eat a donut. They were rock hard like they were made days ago. I Don't recommend any food from this location. I will not be

So this was my favorite Dunkin in Frederick by far. However today when I went the person who was doing the drive thru was extremely rude. I wasn’t sure if they had all the donuts on the menu (because they only had about 6 and they usually have more donuts then that) so I asked a question. They did have the donut my grandma wanted so I said ok thank you and went on my way. When I’m leaving the lady says ( why did you waste my time) I was in your drive thru for less than one minute. She was extremely disrespectful will never come back to this location which is sad because it was my favorite.

Whoever is running this Dunkin's needs to be fired. Consistently bad, went in for a dozen donuts on a Sat. Morning. Gave me wrong donuts and stale old donuts on top of it. I'll go out of my way and drive to a better location from now on.

I placed an online order and it took 20 minutes to get my drink after arriving in the drive thru. The employee was screaming and cussing and basically threw my drink at me. The ice coffee I ordered was milky water with no coffee and no sweetener. I will never come back to this location
