It is a regular occurrence that I place my order ahead of time to avoid waiting when I get there, and yet, once I'm there, I still have to wait for them to pick my donuts or finish my sandwich and sometimes I have to wait for the entire order altogether (for reference, I live 15 minutes away from this dunkins as it is the closets one to me)!!!
Expectations for fast food chains are low, but damn does this one franchise manage to under deliver every time.

Solid Dunkin' location inside of a newer, underrated plaza. Order was on time and as expected, friendly service as well! Good spot to hit up if you don't want to wait in long lines, they have a drive-thru at this location as well

Only gave two stars because donuts were fresh but customer service is terrible. Asked for whip cream on the side and they refused. Lazy. I will not be back. May cost more Starbucks but worth it for their wonderful customer service. My order was 20 bucks left a tip that should never left. Stopped here before around noon and coffee was burnt taste and donuts were “sold out” They are never busy like other stores. They probably don't make many donuts because they are penny-pinching tightwads that have zero clue what customer service means. Bye. They got my last penny and all over 50 cents of whipped cream that I didn't want in my drink asked for it on the side. Bye bye.

We’re the only people in the store except for a full staff behind the counter. No one acknowledged our presence other than to tell us to order at a kiosk. Normally a happy experience of ordering donuts for the family turns into total frustration. Why would you take the customer service out of the service industry???

Ordered online then immediately called the store because I realized I ordered from the wrong location. Was told they couldn’t transfer the order but they would cancel it. I was charged for the order anyway and when I called the store they told me they couldn’t do anything….. so paid for an order I never received

I come here all the time and the service is quality. My order is almost never messed up in any way, which is rare for dunkin.. thanks! Always fast service too.

My order for my students (3 dozen donuts) was waiting for me when I got there, even though I placed it with not a lot of notice. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I even asked to add more to my order when I got there (5 dozen more) and they were happy to help, started on it right away and had it to me in no time! They packaged it nicely which made it easier for me to carry myself.

No mater how many times I've been to this DD, their coffee tastes watered down. I think they are using the same grinds twice to brew their coffee.
