Walked in to place order and stood there for 5 minutes to be told to use kiosk. Said I had a special order and she told me hold on then. Stood for another 5 minutes and still wasn't helped. Would recommend finding another dunkin with a better manager!

I work very close to this Dunkin. I love being able to walk over and the friendly service i usually recieve by the men. However everytime I have one of the females in the morning they will reprimand me like they did today. I received the wrong food after asking for the hash brown bowl. The lady tried to tell me I said wrap. Even before ordering I asked her the difference between the reg loaded hash and the chipotle loaded hash before proceeding with the chipotle loaded hash. After they were able to take back the food and provide me with the correct order the lady told me “NEXT time specify loaded hash”. This is the kind of sass and horrible customer service that I constantly get by one of the ladies in the morning.

Some staff members lack good customer service. Please read your order on the screen and ensure it is accurate before proceeding to pick it up. Before leaving the pickup window, double-check your order to confirm it matches what you requested. The owners of this location should take more pride in the staff they hire. If customers choose not to support this business, the owners could face closure. It's important to make consistent improvements.

It is a regular occurrence that I place my order ahead of time to avoid waiting when I get there, and yet, once I'm there, I still have to wait for them to pick my donuts or finish my sandwich and sometimes I have to wait for the entire order altogether (for reference, I live 15 minutes away from this dunkins as it is the closets one to me)!!!

Expectations for fast food chains are low, but damn does this one franchise manage to under deliver every time.

Solid Dunkin' location inside of a newer, underrated plaza. Order was on time and as expected, friendly service as well! Good spot to hit up if you don't want to wait in long lines, they have a drive-thru at this location as well

Only gave two stars because donuts were fresh but customer service is terrible. Asked for whip cream on the side and they refused. Lazy. I will not be back. May cost more Starbucks but worth it for their wonderful customer service. My order was 20 bucks left a tip that should never left. Stopped here before around noon and coffee was burnt taste and donuts were “sold out” They are never busy like other stores. They probably don't make many donuts because they are penny-pinching tightwads that have zero clue what customer service means. Bye. They got my last penny and all over 50 cents of whipped cream that I didn't want in my drink asked for it on the side. Bye bye.

We’re the only people in the store except for a full staff behind the counter. No one acknowledged our presence other than to tell us to order at a kiosk. Normally a happy experience of ordering donuts for the family turns into total frustration. Why would you take the customer service out of the service industry???

Ordered online then immediately called the store because I realized I ordered from the wrong location. Was told they couldn’t transfer the order but they would cancel it. I was charged for the order anyway and when I called the store they told me they couldn’t do anything….. so paid for an order I never received
