My order for my students (3 dozen donuts) was waiting for me when I got there, even though I placed it with not a lot of notice. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I even asked to add more to my order when I got there (5 dozen more) and they were happy to help, started on it right away and had it to me in no time! They packaged it nicely which made it easier for me to carry myself.

No mater how many times I've been to this DD, their coffee tastes watered down. I think they are using the same grinds twice to brew their coffee.

The Monocacy Boulevard location repeatedly does not fill up the cups to the size that you purchase. My size large matcha latte always comes like this. My son's small hot chocolate was only half full. I requested more hot chocolate be added to his cup which they did. I only come here because it is the closest location to the ice rink other than that I would never come to this DD. They also charge more then the 85 location.

Very disapointed. I went there for an early lunch. My bagel had less than a teaspoon of cream cheese. Don't try the new chedder jalepino potatoe rounds. Less than a teaspoon of cheddar, a total of 6 rounds, and NO jalepinos!

Never have donuts. Order on the app and get there and they don't have them. Always happens at the Monocacy location!! Seems the employees are annoyed by it too!

We arrived on site at approximately 1230 and ordered our drinks. I drove up to the front window and paid for the items. After receiving the 1 of the items...I was pelted in the face..HARD...with what I assumed was a hardened munchkin!. I got heated and demanded the person that did this...speak to me. I heard laughter in the front area...and veventually...the young man came forward and...with mirth clearly on his face...gave me some sort of excuse as way of an apology. Nothing more...sno discount off anything...and all the while... those kids STILL LAUGHING. this is. By far...is completely UNSAT...and I want this young man terminated or something severe done. I am a veteran with PTSD...and I had to keep my cool ..since my family was in the car. Plus this is Father's day....and you just basically humiliated me in front of my son and wife. I want to be called back and this issue resolved before I take matters into a more legal setting.

The kind lady yogesh who was at the drive thru had a very positive Attitude. She greeted with a good morning and have a good day. That goes a long way. You don’t see such positivity in that industry.

this was 2 time coming here and when i walked in i didn't get welcome or smile a employee was on his phone look at me and look back to his phone and then slowly walked over and Sayed what you want, took my order then threw bag down and walked away and then someone else handed me my drink and she didn't smile and come again. as a food blogger i wont recommend this place anyone who follow me on my blog. this is the worst dunkin i have been to. if i could i would just give it a half of a star

This is the worst Dunkin'' facility ever. I have been here several times, to give them the benefit of the doubt. Several times, by noon they run out of donuts. What Dunkin' runs out of glaze donuts? I have been inside a few time and the service is horrible. No customer service skills what-so ever. I was there standing for almost a p minutes, the place was empty and they didn't even acknowledge me. Another person came in and they asked her if she has been help and she say yes. They were chatting among themselves. I tried to order on the kiosk they have which it doesn't give the ability to select the flavor of the muchkin so I cancelled the kiosk order and attempted to order at the counter. After 5 more minutes of not being attended I left, donut-less. Horrible, never coming back! Save your time and go to a different location. If I was the owner, I would be ashamed that this is how my business is being ran.

I order the same thing every time I go to dunkin; a large sweet tea with extra liquid sugar added and EVERY single time I get an unsweetened tea. every single time it doesn’t matter which location it happens every time. this time they didn’t even add it on the order they just did a large sweet tea but still gave me unsweetened tea that tastes sour like it’s been sitting for hours. I worked for dunkin for 3 years, sweet tea is the easiest drink to make yet they fail every time
