Staff have an attitude problem every time I go , they give a problem when asked simple things. like I asked can I get a toasted bagel gave a problem, don’t come here

Stopped in the morning to get a bagel and cream cheese asked for toasted and strawberry cream cheese. First off the bagel was chewing and was unable to eat it must have been microwaved and was not toasted at all but was warm total garbage I took one bit and tossed it out the window for bird food very disappointed and $4.00 down the drain should have drove back but I had to get to work you would think how could you mess up a toasted bagel with cream cheese so live and learn do not order a bagel from this location!!!

Check your receipts here ALWAYS. They charge you for no ice which is ridiculous and no one can provide a single explanation when asked why. Cheating your customers is not the way to go.

Today is my son second birthday and we came to get his first ever donut. The staff was kind and patient. We got donuts, food and coffees. We sat and ate and two gentleman surprised us with a dozen donuts for my son’s birthday. We were so thankful! When it was time for us to leave. My hands were full between getting all the donuts, food, coffee and son out to the car. Without hesitation one of the Dunkin staff members offered to walk me to my car helping me carry some of the items I had. I am so grateful as I was mostly worried about the parking lot and getting my son in safely with everything I had.
