Today is my son second birthday and we came to get his first ever donut. The staff was kind and patient. We got donuts, food and coffees. We sat and ate and two gentleman surprised us with a dozen donuts for my son’s birthday. We were so thankful! When it was time for us to leave. My hands were full between getting all the donuts, food, coffee and son out to the car. Without hesitation one of the Dunkin staff members offered to walk me to my car helping me carry some of the items I had. I am so grateful as I was mostly worried about the parking lot and getting my son in safely with everything I had.

Went there this morning...they got my order wrong twice. Came home with the wrong order because i didn’t have anymore time to waste. And look at all the cream cheese they gave me...??♀️

One of the worst places to visit..the staff seem freindly enough..but the doughnuts were stale..felt like they were kept for a long period time hoping to pass them on as fresh..i remember a time when the customer was important..it was a give and take thing..we got a good product while the establishment made money..now it seems it all about the establishment making the money and screw the customer..will never visit this place again..probably will never visit a dunkin do nut again..cuase this has happened twice in two different cities..and tired of the establishments making sorry a$$ apologies in a response to a review..if they cared about the customer..they would offer up a good product..but places like this will continue with the money making screwing the customer over agenda..this country has fallen to sheep who will accept with what they are given..

The BEST Dunkin in Frederick. The manager and his team are always so polite. My coffee is always great, which makes my day great. The line is always long, yet the wait is very short. I drive across town, passing a few other Dunkin’s just to get to this one. Continue being great!
