I love Saturday mornings and Dunkin,, I’ve been sick with cancer for 3 years living on a limited income, this year k made some changes and have been able to pick up old routines this Saturday morning I got myself n the kids surprise drop off breakfast, the ice coffee and cold brews were perfect just as I remembered the doughnuts were so fresh they melted in your mouth ,, the staff was amazing full of laughter and busy busy busy making coffee ❤️ the store was clean and decorated...

The customer service could be better but everything was still great. They could use a bigger space for their drive thru. It's almost always backed up because of lack of space and the line blocks the thru way for the parking lot. That's west Patrick Street in Frederick for you though everything is squished together.

Today is my son second birthday and we came to get his first ever donut. The staff was kind and patient. We got donuts, food and coffees. We sat and ate and two gentleman surprised us with a dozen donuts for my son’s birthday. We were so thankful! When it was time for us to leave. My hands were full between getting all the donuts, food, coffee and son out to the car. Without hesitation one of the Dunkin staff members offered to walk me to my car helping me carry some of the...
