We don’t usually come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, but today we were close and decided to do so. We asked for some of their energy drinks and were handed two drinks that were unstirred. We politely asked if the drink could be stirred and the person at the window started shaking them with her hand and then laughed when we said that’s not what we meant. We will never come back.

Team your cashier behavior is so rudy we ordered 2 md lattes with 4 sugar but we got black coffee . No napkins with hash browns. Both girls on the counter section is on calling sorry but you have to improve your costumer service

My hot cappuccino was cold and tasted burned, it also took a long time to get. The manager was moving a shelf while I was waiting and cups were falling on the floor while another customer was standing there. Seems pretty unprofessional

They’re very rude. Arguing and yelling at customers. Giving you the wrong order then refusing to fix it. They made my donut order but didnt even give me half the correct ones.

I’m so done with this place, get better workers who aren’t blind and can do the orders correct. This is the second time of me going here and they got it wrong again. We even complained the one drink was made wrong when ordered and you said”sorry” you’re not gonna fix it? Also my donuts are white glazed and not my chocolate.

This is currently my hometown dunkin. I'm one of those annoying people with a very specific and difficult Decaffeinated coffee order, and the staff here always gets it right! Additionally they are always so pleasant and I rarely have to wait in line!
