Always out of stock and if you need a refund they can’t do it and will make you spend over an hour of your life trying to get a refund. Just don’t bother going here, it’s been disappointing for years and anytime I think it will be better they mess up my order yet again.

The customer service here is awful. I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes while the girl working was texting on her cell ignoring my daughter and I who were the only customers in the store. I ended up walking out. I have never experienced such horrible customer service.

Treaty trashy location. Went in stood at the register for 5 mins then the girl started fumbling with the register. Sorry I wanted an everything bagel with cream cheese. Didn’t think my order was that complicated but apparently being attentive to customer also isn’t a capability. What a waste of a 15 mins break. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to any dunkin location. Should have just gone around the corner to Baltimore coffee. Will keep that in mind next time.

I go to this location regularly and they are consistently awful in almost every possible way. Constantly out of stock of both Dunkin and baskin robins items. Forgets to give you your donuts for carry out orders most of the time. Today ordered a bagel and it was totally covered in a clear oily liquid. Which is just disgusting. Staff are inattentive and struggle to communicate most of the time. Manager once made fun of me to my face because he thought one of the drinks on my order was odd. All in all the location needs a complete overhaul from a management and staffing standpoint but I’m not holding out any hope for improvement as it has only gotten worse as time goes on. With both a krispy cream and Sheetz within view of this location I would highly advise you go to one of those instead.
