My second time at the drive-through. Service was quick, and although my dog was barking at the drive-through attendant, he still gave him a pup cup, which was super nice. Food tasted fresh.

Considering my hair is red, I don’t think it’s mine that’s inside this drink.
I'm so turned off by this location for real. I always, always order decaf coffee. This would be the 3rd time i was given regular coffee instead of decaf. Even though the sticker on my cup said decaf I know how my body reacts to caffeine. I was not even given regular coffee but i received the midnight coffee instead. I know this because i almost ended up in the ER because of my symptoms. I had massive heart palpitations and I had the shakes for 2 days. I tried to call the location and the phone number doesn't even work. I then called the corporate number and all i got was Lip service saying the owner would reach out to me and that has never happened. I don't think anything will ever happen but the people at corporate Kévin and Corrine said they will reach out to the owner. I don't think the owner cares about the lack of customer service at this location. The employees really need to be aware that when someone orders decaf give them decaf and if you are out then, then let the customer know instead of giving them your choice. My friends and I will no longer visit this location, there's so many other locations around that takes time to ensure the orders are correct. If management doesn't care then I guess the employees dont care either. Poor, poor experience. Run from this place!!!!
