We weren't too sure when we first walked in, there was some trash on the floor, like receipts type trash, the three employees did not seem too happy to be working, one of them had wireless earbuds in, another had headphones hanging around his neck, I noticed the hot sauce bar was a bit sticky...BUT the subs we ordered were fantastic and when I asked one of the employees for a to go container, she was very pleasant. We would return for sure.

I went in yesterday for Veteran's Day promotion they were offering. I walked through the door and asked if they had anything going on for Veterans today? The response I received made me feel that I was the 1,000th person to ask that question and he was annoyed that I asked. He told me order at the front, and when the manager walked out and asked what I needed, I was under the impression that I was the 1,000th unluckiest person and I won a bad service award. I told him that I was here for the Veteran meal, and didn't seem to thrilled. 1st, I didn't come up with this idea "lets give back to our Veterans," your company did. All I did was just serve our country, and defend your freaking freedoms. To top it all off, you put the least amount of meat on there too.. I can go on and on, but I will stop there. I never felt like that coming into a restaurant. Knowing that I'm a Veteran, while you guys are "supposed" to be doing it for vet's, is mind blowing and just know that you don't have to worry about making a sandwich for 10 plus people because me and my entire family which also includes 5 other Vets will not put another dime into your store. If you were tired of making sandwiches, you definitely got your wish with this guy.. Either change professions or quite. You don't have to work there if you are unhappy.

Decided to go to get Lunch on Sunday around noon. Walked in and was told that they weren't taking any walk in orders for at least 30 minutes to finish all the online orders! What the hell is wrong with this picture?!?!?! Its a messed up world when you cater to the online and turn your walk ins away at a fast food restaurant! Get your priorities straight. You lost a loyal customer!

Service moves at a snail’s pace, so be prepared to wait and don’t go during a short lunch break. Took almost 20 minutes to plop 2 meatballs and a slice of cheese on a piece of sub. Prices were inconsistent with/ higher than online ordering prices. Signing up online means to agree to a mandatory arbitration clause.
No one ever will answer the phone.
Tasty food, but why does it take 40+ minutes to make the sandwich?

Staff was friendly. Went on Saturday a lunch time. Not busy, only 6 other customers in store. Waited almost 30 min for 5 sandwiches to be made after ordering and his is why for 2 stars.

If we could give zero stars, we would.
We placed an online order for three large subs, two with extra cheese and condiments. We received all three subs with NO cheese. We paid extra for the nonexistent cheese, so we called to complain and they will not answer the phone-in fact, someone picks up the phone and places it down. Ridiculous.

Please refrain from placing online orders with this establishment. I placed an online order at 7:00 p.m., and it was not ready until 7:45 p.m., despite other customers being served their food during that time. Be prepared for an extended wait for your food, as the service is consistently slow. Instead, consider Jersey Mike's; their staff is more amiable and their subs are more affordable.

I had the worst customer service experience of my life. They gave my husband the wrong bag with no receipt. I went in to return it and the manager was so mad. He repeatedly said he has to throw the bag away now and accused me of just taking it despite it being his staff that handed it to us. I explained that it wasn't my fault and I pointed out there was no receipt. He raised his voice and said it doesn't matter and he has to throw away the bag. I said I'll never come back here again and he said good. I am 7 months pregnant. I hope he wouldn't speak like this to his pregnant wife or daughter. Customer service is NOT valued here.
