The Loaded Potato Soup tastes worse than from a can. It appears to be watered down and has no flavor at all. The Spicy Cajun Chicken sub was good. The soda machine is still out of order so they make you buy bottled water.

They are supposed to be open today, but closed the restaurant and turned off mobile ordering because they ran out of ingredients.

Just closed the restaurant on Veterans Day when offering free meals for veterans nationwide. I don’t need a free meal and had my family with me so it was disappointing. So fellow service members, veterans, families and friends this isn’t the location for you.

I was picking up an order for Grubhub and I used the restroom and told the female manager I think she was a manager anyway I said “The pump is not working on the toilet the handle was down so it kept running.” She rudely said “ I wish you wouldn’t have touched it.” I said “ Excuse me.” She repeated herself. This is why I don’t eat at firehouse.

I'd never been to Firehouse until this week. After my second trip, I will not go back. The food is pretty good but the service is unacceptable. The individual (same both times) that gave me my order was inconsiderate, like it was an inconvenience that I ordered from their store. One occasion I was so uncomfortable, I didn't ask for a couple ketchup packets; the other occasion was a non-verbal transaction. The pickup order consisted of me asking to exchange a side for the one I ordered online, as it was unavailable online, and I didn't get a verbal response from that individual, just them removing the ordered side from my bag, throwing my order on the glass top, and them walking to the other side of the restaurant assuming I had everything I needed.

Waiting for my doctor visit nearby, stopped in for a cold soda and a/c while waiting for appointment time.

Wheelchair accessibility: Curb cuts for Handicap from parking lot to sidewalk and double-wide entrance doors to enter restaurant. No auto-open for doors but that is optional for businesses.

Normally I enjoy my trips because the food is great. This time my food was bad but the service was worse. The cashier had a attitude and was disrespectful when taking the order. When I wife asked a question about the sub sizes he told her she needed to look they were in front of her. Then when I ordered he didn't even care to get my order instead he just put what he wanted and I got a plain sub. After he took the ordered he stormed off to complain to his coworker in Spanish. I won't be returning atleast to this specific location because my money is clearly not valued.

Will never be a customer a Firehouse Subs again. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with the slaw on the side and they charged an additional for getting the slaw on the side. Granted $1 isn't much, it's the principle of it. I even called their headquarters office give my opinion they never called back I also followed up online again, no response.

I come to this place one and a while but everytime it’s in the afternoon because the subs are good but the workers for the afternoon work so slow but I’ve heard many stuff about this place and I have friends that like to come dine in here many times one cashier in particular stood up to all of us and it was a white women with short blonde hair I think Baylee is her name she has given us attitudes unexpectedly and is a worker that works slow to her own pace we’ve seen 2 other cashiers they’ve been polite and high energetic but she gives us bad attitudes and doesn’t even look like she likes the job no clue how it is working here but the customer service is bad and many people complain about her I don’t know what it is
