I absolutely love the subs they make been here a few times. Personal is always friendly and talkative with respect.

This used to be a great spot but there seems to be a change of management a few years ago & it just became a generic expensive sandwich shop. Usually smoky inside from something burnt, high prices, & minimal effort for required promotions that serve the people that it is designed to represent.
Not bad, but it is a generic mediocre sandwich shop that happens to pay to say they are a firehouse sub

Had a large order and not a lot of advance notice but the crew here made delicious meals for my family. I was surprised on how efficient and professional they were! Thanks, Firehouse. Our gathering was great and stress free thanks to the staff on Sunday.

I am just going to say this location needs to familiarize themselves with the ADA law and learn the correct questions to ask when a service dog is present.

Great service at this location and food quality is great and consistent. I have two options in area for this restaurant and I always choose this location because service and quality are always great!

Most horrible experience ever! Wow unbelievable they made me the wrong sub and refused to remake the sub, as all the other reviews they are very incapable they all need to be retrained in customer service. To many food options to go back here! An extremely poor representative of fire house subs.

Never had a sub from them, figured I'd give them a try via Uber eats. The sub was awful and inedible. The bottom of the rolls were so soggy it was just mush. I tried a few bites but can get over the awful soaked bun.

Wasn't a fan of the ham either. Thats not on them, they state its sweet ham...but its was too sweet for my liking, but thats personal preference.

Think you need to find a better way of delivering a sub thats edible....better packing or something. Shame, total turn off.
