I come to this place one and a while but everytime it’s in the afternoon because the subs are good but the workers for the afternoon work so slow but I’ve heard many stuff about this place and I have friends that like to come dine in here many times one cashier in particular stood up to all of us and it was a white women with short blonde hair I think Baylee is her name she has given us attitudes unexpectedly and is a worker that works slow to her own pace we’ve seen 2 other cashiers they’ve been polite and high energetic but she gives us bad attitudes and doesn’t even look like she likes the job no clue how it is working here but the customer service is bad and many people complain about her I don’t know what it is

Not sure if it's a difficult place to work for the staff, or if the people are just bad at dealing with the public, but I've had to endure attitude the last three times I've gone in, and that's all for me. I've deleted my online account as well. The subs were good, though.

My family and I just dined in. The person behind the counter was extremely rude. We arrived at 7:45 pm and store closes at 9:00pm. She immediately told us that they were about to close the dine-in area closes in 10 mins. My husband confirmed with her the closing hour was 9pm. My husband let her know we would try to eat quickly. They packed our sandwiches “to go”, knowing we were dining in. Basically letting us know we needed to go. As soon as we started to eat she decided to place chairs on top of empty tables indicating that the dine-in area was closed. About 10 people came in and some started sitting down as well. However she continued to put chairs on top of tables.It is extremely bad taste to rush people to eat their sandwiches. Is not like we were there at 8:50pm. We had plenty of time. They need to retrain staff on costumer service or move that person to the back!

The person behind the counter was rude to other customers. The customer even tried to go above and beyond. She wasn't having it. Not sure who the blonde was(didn't catch a name), but she should not talk to people that way! She should be in the back away from people!!! We had our first visit there and it will be our last.

Firehouse Subs' signature item is their famous cherry limeade. When an eatery promotes a menu item as a signature item, it should be available to the customers at ALL business hours. That is how the restaurant business works! Can you imagine if a McDonald's restaurant did not have all the ingredients to make a Big Mac!I ordered a sweet-and-spicy meatball sub and two large cherry limeades. To my horror, their multi-beverage dispenser was completely out of cherry limeade --- and they did not have any surplus! Their excuse was that shipment has not arrived. This branch of Firehouse Subs has FAILED!Listen up. Covid-19 has been with us now for nearly four years. We should have fully adapted to life with Covid-19 by now. Return to the offices! Fill the vacant positions! GET BACK TO WORK!
