I stopped in for some fries and a chocolate shake. The fries were excellent as usual they always give you plenty. However the milkshake was terrible. I could not even suck it through the straw. It was like straight chocolate syrup. They did not add any milk. It must have just been the last little bit of ice cream. The cup was not even full of ice cream. This cost me $14 and change

Two batches of chunky undercooked fries. Literally +$6. To get trash I can’t eat, and then ask for fresh ones after telling them the problem and apparently they have all been taught how to cook fries wrong lol they were chunky raw fries as well. Good luck going here, had a way better experience at the other one down south food was fast, the chef didn’t shove 3 slices of cheese in the same spot because he’s not an idiot, and the fries come out cooked and were made to order like ever other five guys in the whole country which I have had the good fortune of visiting all the way to California, and not one puts the fries out to sit… I’m not paying premium prices for u to act like u work at McDonalds

The only reason they are getting a two star is the prices. $30 for 2 burgers and a large frie is INSANE... I know the store is only going off what the big bosses are saying the prices need to be but Five guys lower your prices some way because that's expensive for just two people just imagine the price for a small family with drinks added to it.
Lower the price on the food , I'm sure you could get even more customers if that were to happen regardless of the ingredients your using.

Way too expensive for what you get , burger wot that tasty for that much money , fries good , but go to Denny's that sounds crazy but there burgers are way better big and juicy and it's sit down you won't be disappointed , I know it's hard to believe Denny's has a better burger
