Some how forgot the patties on my burger!?? How does that happen at a BURGER restaurant? The employees said they would remake the burger but messed up the new burger as well. Had to beg for a refund and another burger. Huge waste of time and money.

I placed an online order for pickup got there 15 minutes later it said it would be done I waited 15 more minutes while several walk-ins came in and were served first. For an empty restaurant that was fully staffed the service was absolute dog trash were chit-chatting and dancing behind the grill while they could have been making my milkshakes and fries... got home and our burgers were cold not worth the $60(!) I spent for myself and 2 kids
I might give Five Guys another try but certainly not at this location

For a fast food restaurant, service is fantastic and the restaurant is maintained spotless. I go there a couple times a month to grab a burger and fries and usually wait no more than 10 minutes on a given visit.

This was the 1st 5 guys I've been to and got a regular $7 fry, and I only had fries in the small cup. There were no extra, which ok. I guess the extra fries in the bag is me being selfish, but for $7 I would think you get more fries than small McDonald's fries. The beef tasted off as well. It reminded me of older meat not fresh. I like 5 guys, but unless something changes, I would not recommend this location
