This is my last time ordering from this location, if it were up to me, I'd give them zero stars I've been repeatedly giving them tries since it opened, and we moved from Mongomery County. I've frequented other locations and found that it's not the chain but this poor-quality food (how it's made) in Frederick, at this particular location.

We placed an online order at 5:15 pm for a grilled cheese, little cheeseburger and large fry. Pickup time was set for 5:45 pm.
We were delayed and could not make it to pick up our food until 7:00 pm, it was actually a little after 7.
There sat our grilled cheese and burger, but no fries.
