A few weeks ago, my husband went to pick up some food for us after a long day of work. He left around 8, and when he got on the highway, he got stuck in standstill traffic for hours due to a horrible and tragic accident. I believe that there was no casualties, thankfully.
I called this location to ask if they could leave our food outside because it didn’t look like my husband was going to make it before they closed at 10. Kyle didn’t want to do that because he wanted to make sure we actually got our food. Kyle went out of his way to make sure we got our food.

I really love this Five Guys. The food is great, the people are nice and it’s just generally a really nice location. I usually stop here for dinner on the way home from another grand adventure. There’s nothing quite like getting a nice burger after several long hours on the open road. Definitely one of the best Five Guys locations I’ve been to.
Dietary restrictions: Do not come to any five guys if you have a peanut allergy.
Parking: There’s plenty of parking in both the front and back behind
Kid-friendliness: Plenty kid friendly, they even have crayons and cards for kids to draw on.

I would rate five guys above all the fast food joints that serve burgers and fries. Their burger and milk shakes are exceptional. Ingredients are fresh and burger patties are tasty and juicy. Those free peanuts will keep you busy while they make your juicy burgers. The drinks kiosk offers two dozen options. And hey, they serve loads of fries, I mean loads! And that makes this place iconic.

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment 5100 Buckeystown Pike in Frederick, MD on January 28, 2024.On the aforementioned date, my family and I visited your restaurant and bacon burger cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger with a side or little fries. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that the food we received seems to have caused severe FOOD POISONING to my daughter and I.As loyal patrons of Five Guys, we have always appreciate the quality and taste of your offerings. However, the recent incident has left us deeply concerned about the safety and hygiene standards maintained at your establishment.I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly to identify any potential lapses in food safety protocols that may have led to this unfortunate incident. Additionally, I urge you to take necessary steps to prevent such occurrences in the future and ensure the health and well-being of your patrons.Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with details regarding the measures taken to address this issue and prevent its recurrence. My son had a rough football game and asked for Five Guys afterwards, we walk in at 9:20 and order 5 burgers and a medium fry for our whole family (came to $65 which is a separate issue, but I have no problem paying for good food and it was delicious). While we’re sitting there waiting, the cook starts complaining about people that come in “9:15, 9:30, 9:58” (his exact words) and order 7 burgers right before they close at 10. AWKWARD! I wanted to just cancel my order and leave I felt so unwelcome. Luckily my husband didn’t hear because he would have, even though our food was almost finished.Here’s the deal, I never see many patrons here when I drive by, I would think that these employees would understand that any business in this economy needs all the customers they can get. I don’t see anything wrong with going somewhere 40 minutes before they close and ordering food but I felt a weird vibe from the minute we walked in there and after he said that I finally knew why.The burgers were great, but really over priced, I’m willing to deal with the price but coupled with that kind of service, can’t do it. He also said “especially people that used to work in restaurants, they should know” well, I worked in one for 8 years and never expected to get out any sooner than an hour after our place closed.
