Fourth Dimension Fun Center

We enjoyed our time here. Prices weren't bad and the staff was friendly. Only giving 4 stars as there weren't as many arcade games as we anticipated there being. The space fits children 10 and under in that sense. Otherwise a decent place for a rainy day.

We take our kids and a handful of friends to bowling and pancakes for every birthday. What a great thing to do on a Sunday morning. The kids love it, food is great and I keep bowling when all they want is the arcade. Bloody Mary’s are great too 😉 I highly recommend this as we do it for all 4 kids every year. Small, affordable and I don’t have to clean my house for it.

Celebrated my son’s birthday party here and the party coordinators (KK & Lily) did an amazing job.

Fun place to visit for everyone of all ages! Food and drinks were pretty straight forward and simple. Their game-themed drinks were cute and tasty (if you like your drinks strong, might wanna ask for a double). Food was cooked properly and eating areas were clean. Staff members were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and upbeat. They even helped with menu recommendations and accomodations. Service was quick and they remembered everything, even last minute requests! We were checked on frequently and not forgotten, even once it started to get busy.

Despite it looking small, they had a great variety of arcade games from classic pinball to new-age Pac-Man.

We tried an escape room and it was a really fun time. Not too difficult to where it was frustrating, but a good challenge with great props and an entertaining storyline.

I'll say the same about laser tag too. The setting really put you in a battlefield scene with plenty of barriers and functional equipment. The option to go solo or have teams made it a fun activity with friends.

Very nice and clean place great for kids of all ages. The service was great front desk and arcade staff were very helpful with any questions my family had. Absolutely love the report card reward system for the kiddos. Gave my niece and nephew something to work for in school. Would definitely come again.

Do not come here. Management is completely terrible. Never understanding over heard how managers talk to employees and i did not like that at all. For this and many other reasons i will not be returning ever again.

Very fun place! There is so many activities to do. The staff is welcoming and very nice. Definitely worth checking out!

Went to this establishment tonight to bowl. We were 40 mins into our 1st game and wanted something to drink. Had to go back up front to the very helpful ladies up front where we paid to ask a server to come over to place a order. We get 1 coke...2 lemonades...a Shirley Temple and a ice tea no lemon. Wings bbq...buffalo...and plain.... the drinks come out. The wings come out. The plain ones are missing. Cool. We asked for refills for the lemonade. The server takes the empty cups to the back , come back out with the same two cups. I ask who's cups is who's being the straws were still in the cups. I immediately spoke to management. 30 mins later wings the plain wings still haven't come out. I asked about the wings. They come out soon after. She hands my daughter a coke saying it's ice tea. Its coke. She can't have coke due to her stomach issues. She immediately goes to the rest room to throw up. We speak to management again in which he as very understanding and polite. My point in writing this is she acted as if she didn't care. To refill two drinks and them back with straws in them not know which belonged to whom is crazy. To hand someone a coke claiming it's ice tea is just irresponsible. This was our second visit on our 1st visit. The server rung us up for topshelf liquor without our knowledge and gave us attitude when we asked her about it. Very nice establishment but the service 2 out of 2 times is insane. Will not be returning. Thanks for your time. Happy new year

Update: The manager called and provided great compensation on our next visit. We will be back again soon and looking forward to a better experience. I'll review accordingly.
Original post:We got changed from 7 -8 to 15-16 that malfunction 3xs and stopped working. The first time they comped us 10 mins the second or third times nothing and none of the other lanes malfunction at all. We feel sabotaged and under compensated on both lanes. How could this happen on both lanes three times??😒 They refused to compensate for time lost or game interrupted.

So glad we tried this spot- my fiance and daughter had a great time. It was clean- staff was night and many options for fun. Well-run establishment. We will be back.

Very poor customer service up front, It’s also confusing how their website gives you a number to call for reservations and no one answers the phone after calling multiple times…

Staff was friendly and curious. Several games broken or missing equipment. Bowling was fun for 5 minutes at a time then it would break and take 10 minutes too fix but the timer kept counting for the hour of gameplay. Most of the customers were inconsiderate, degenerate, entitled and rude.
