Nice place with very fair prices

The lanes are oiled all the way and it's not a great place to bring your own ball as the ball return speed is fairly fast. Bowling is string held pins, the rest of the arcade looked good though

Rude, unprofessional staff. Mean managers. Stupid policies. Not kid friendly.

Amazing place for games and bowling!! Best in frederick!

So many options, and kid-friendly atmosphere, and lots of things to do at a reasonable price!

Highly recommend. This is our go to place. The kids love it an there is so much to do! We enjoy this place above all others. We visit often. Good food, drinks, host birthday parties, reasonable prices. 10/10

Great fun!! Bowling, laser tag, tons of arcade games, food, and bar. Bring your $$$. It's worth it!!

Something for everyone! Definitely miss the promos on Clipp, but they seem to have several packages, and promos on certain days. Food is a little pricey, but decent.

Our trip was…interesting. The response to this experience, also, interesting!

I do realize that we got to bowl ‘for free’. I appreciate you are open that there is business inflation compensation happening in that deal. I think it’s fair to ask for clarification but rude to ask for it then have a snarky response that gives ‘but you get what you get’ as the attitude. It does track with the experience of last night. I won’t waste anymore time on this issue. I think the details laid out here are descriptive enough and the company response was clear enough on the stance it’ll have about the experience. I’ll leave it at this, a big boooo to all of it. 👎

Our service was not great. She was rarely seen & when she was, she was wrong, not just wrong, but like combative wrong. Started with my question on their adult meal/50% off kids meal deal. I wanted to know which things were considered ‘meals’ for adults if we chose to get food.
The thing says Monday-5pm Friday (which is the kids bowl free hours here) and she was trying to tell me it’s not valid after 5 any day. I pushed back again after some thought & talking with the person my family came with. We both interpreted it the same way…and when she spoke to the manager…lo and behold. This was after a large wait to get a food menu at all.

Once the food did come, one dish was overly salty for my family. Let me be clear, that was 1 out of 5 food items ordered. I don’t want to over exaggerate. This is more about the handling of the situation and lack of oversight from our server. Some drinks didn’t come til the end. Other things were over looked. Such as never really asking the other family’s adult consistently about their needs or experience when she did make it back around to our lane. We are a large family and the friend was just 1 adult and 1 child.

We made that clear upfront that we were two separate entities and it was brushed off with a ‘I’ll be taking a card from both so it doesn’t matter’ which, ok, but it was off putting in a sense that after that exchange the other party was practically ignored!

The lane started with a glitch and ended with a glitch. Cutting the game off on the last round which was disappointing to say the least. The manager came and was kind. We didn’t ask, at a certain point it seemed the server was also aware she was over her head.
We were compensated with a ‘next visit’ coupon essentially. Appreciated, really, but after some thought, I just feel this wasn’t handled well and someone needs to be aware of that.

The other adult’s food was also very salty and she was told (by the manager when he came) that the chicken that is used in her dish is sometimes salty and ordered as is from an outside source. It was another blow when the server was already overlooking her. She only had two people and ordered 2 things, one also being not great quality. She got an excuse and that was it. Not even an attempt at a sorry. Which, honestly, would have been enough!
Btw 2 adults meals, 2 kid meals half off, 2 ‘real’ drinks and an inedible chips and salsa with queso (extra charge for queso) cost $72 after the added 18% auto gratuity. 🤦‍♀️ I was super put off by the whole experience.

I love it

I came here with my camp kids. We had a blast and even had our own room. The staff were very accommodating and flexible. We tried everything except the Escape Room and Lazer Maze

Great indoor facilities. Games, food, and drinks.

Wow, been here an hour and a half, played games with my kid, games are decent. Nothings crazy, the 4D stuff is cool.
The food service is god awful. We have been sitting down for 20 minutes without a si for hello. I had to go up myself to the bartender AND some random person hauling food.
Still wait 5 min before a hello from a server. Still waiting.
The serve came and is very nice. But doesn’t change the fact that it took an about 30 minutes after we sat down.
It’s a Wednesday, can’t be too busy.
The manager is a beast. In a good way. Knows how to problem solve. Went from 2-4 stars just cause of him.

They had old arcade games too which is what we were looking for

Had my sons birthday party. The kids really enjoyed everything. Party hosts could have been a little more attentive to our group but was a great time.
