Would have been a great experience if not for thr bartender who worked during the evening of Sunday 10/26/25. I dont have a name for him but he had a shaved head with dark facial hair. I got the family pass and brought my son, who is autistic, and a few family friends. When I brought the children to get their drinks, he was very nasty; every other word was accompanied with an eyeroll; apparently service with a smile was too much for him. He insisted we show him a reciept even though the children had their passcards on them.; he would not serve them without the reciept.. I held it together for as long as I can but I felt like I was being baited; the sassiness was next level. Nobody should have to experience that level of disrespect; especially by the staff at a family venue.
Very nice and fun place for families
Came here for bowling and food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was typical bar food, served hot. Located in the back of a business park.
Very fun bowling center, great food, variety of arcade games! Great flatbread! Good for all ages.
Awesome fun center! Had a little of something for everyone and staff was friendly and attentive through and through. Will be back with more friends!
Super fun bowling and the food was delicious. Will go back and take more people.
Fellow special needs family: Fourth Dimension Fun Center released a press statement today regarding an incident involving my sister, Alicia, and her friend yesterday. Alicia, her friend, and two aides went to the center to enjoy a bowling trip. Both Alicia and her friend have special needs and cannot drink from standard cups — they use adaptive cups to safely and properly drink water. Employees and management (Diana) told the aides that Alicia and her friend could not use their own adaptive cups. To comply, the aides dumped out the flavored water they had brought and offered to purchase drinks from the facility, intending to use the adaptive cups. Management, however, refused to allow this and ultimately asked Alicia and her friend to leave because they could not drink from the company’s standard cups. This morning at 10:21am, both sets of parents emailed the company regarding this clear ADA violation, requesting a formal apology. Yet, an hour later, Fourth Dimension Fun Center released a press statement claiming they had already been in contact with the families to resolve the matter. This was false — no email response or phone call has been made, despite contact information being provided. The statement also contradicts their own policies, and while it promises ADA training, the false claims raise doubt about whether that commitment will be carried out. It’s also important to note this is not the first ADA violation at this location. In the past, a child with celiac disease and severe food allergies was forced to throw away their safe, prepared meal during a field trip and was left unable to eat. This entire situation is heartbreaking. Alicia is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and to see her and her friend treated with such disrespect is deeply upsetting. Please feel free to share.
Whoever is in charge of marketing for this place should be fired immediately.
After denying service to a disabled child over an outside cup policy being taken to an extreme, they then silenced comments on their press release on Facebook once the affected parties commented about the way they downplayed (and according to both of them, LIED about) their response to it.
On a different post I asked why comments were disabled, and they responded to then totally deleted that comment.
Avoid this place like the plague. The owner is clearly unhinged and would rather argue with people over basic ADA accommodations. Their staff is trained to enforce rules to an extreme in a way that makes families uncomfortable.
This was a genuine shame to see as someone who dropped $100 at a time on e-cards, wanting to support a local arcade. Wait it out for Spinners, which goes above and beyond to accommodate disabilities and doesn't make guests uncomfortable.
Service wasn't good. Drinks were mediocre. Food mediocre. Waitress came to the table for orders and didn't come back. Kitchen brought out our food. And no drinks were refilled. Bowling lanes kept messing up and the machine games were overly expensive for no reason.
I'm not sure how to review this place. We never actually got to have any fun. We walked into the place and we were not inside for even 10 sec, before some folks came out of the office and stopped us. They told us that we couldn't come in with our child's water bottle. A Child's water bottle! Pretty insane if you ask me. The place looks nice and we were ready to spend some time there and do pretty much everything, but I have trouble supporting a business that strict, pretty wild.

Very fun place to visit! Clean and easy to find everything. I would say my only complaints were I got the wrong food. I ordered the Baja shrimp wrap with grilled shrimp. When my wrap came out it was fried shrimp. I was still good regardless. Only other complaint would be they shut down the bathrooms for cleaning 2 hours before closing. Happy the bathrooms are clean but thought that was a little strange to do that so early when people are still there. Overall was great! Food was fresh, place was clean and staff was friendly.
It's a really nice spot! I thought it had a good variety of games and I liked the pinball machines in the back. I wish the claw machines had more variety though. I'll definitely go back though!
I go with a large group who reserves 5 lanes each week, and one time they only allowed us 4 lanes, so it was a bit tight & chaotic. But normally, it's good.
We were a party of 11 on 8/9/25 and the unpleasant interaction occurred around 6:40 pm! We had a server who was very busy but attentive and then towards the end of the meal my niece (who’s birthday it was) asked for a drink from the bar to a blonde with a butterfly neck tattoo who in a condescending tone made it a point to state “I am the MANAGER I am not your server? And you need to ask your server” helped us out I was not pleased with her attitude and I asked her “ where is our server” she said “it is whoever is walking around your table” at that point I asked for my bill because I would not be able to enjoy my time at the establishment with the animosity I felt! I was not pleased with the unprofessionalism the so called MANAGER presented herself with I was not eating there for free I was a paying customer! And to top it off she was so upset to help her employee but she had time to gossip about the interaction to another employee afterward where we could see her and had the time to talk to another customer while our server was busy with our table! I had to personally remove myself from the establishment to avoid further conflict! I must emphasize that our server was AMAZING! But management needs further training on how to support their employees and treat their customers!
My family and I enjoyed it. If I were local to there I would definitely go back!
