Extremely rude! Don’t go in with a $50 for their $24 a dozen donuts! They won’t serve you unless you stand and allow the manager to talk to you like garbage!

Hot, made to order doughnuts. Creative menu with a wide variety of doughnut toppings.

Great place to come in and have a treat :)
Lots of options and great service

Donuts are great and we're made fresh. The service was decent, the workers were polite to me but more attentive to personal conversation than customer service. The atmosphere needs work, not the most well kept location.

Ive been to Fractured Prune well over a dozen times and have tried most donuts on the menu. The donuts are small and extremely hot and fresh as they are made WHEN you order them not before. All the flavors are sweet but not aggressively overpowering which makes them craveable! Krispy Kreme was the only donut company I could think of where eating more than one doesnt make you feel guilty, until I discovered Fractured Prune. A lot of their flavors are similar as they share the same base, and they have a cake-like texture. Heres my take, theyre donut shaped and absolutely delicious so in my book they're the best donuts in the country and they are priced excellent.

Also their hot and iced coffee is pretty good!

Side note: This location is kinda falling apart, located in a fairly empty strip mall and the employees are not friendly at all. Dont come here expecting a cute morning breakfast vibe, its get in then get out. 100% worth it for the donuts though so I'm giving 5 stars. If they had a little location downtown I bet they would make a killing!

I was sitting by a sweet, very scared little doggie while I waited for my donuts. I sat with him gaining his trust until he relaxed on my lap and stopped shaking only to have the girl who was working the front very abruptly and rudely (quite forceful with the sweet little already scared dog) rip him from my chair saying I'll move him so you can sit to which I replied he was just calmed down and I sat wirh him on purpose. The rudeness to me is secondary to her mistreatment of him as she tossed him into her car. I just lost my 14 year old fur baby 2 weeks ago which I am sure made me a little more sensitive to this but I've never NEVER been able to tolerate mistreatment of animals. I am tempted to just take this box of donuts back. I don't want my money but they feel tainted now and not worth every bite reminding me of my and that little dogs mistreatment. I have pics of her tag and car and am very tempted to report her. Will never come back

This place is hands down the best of the made to order donut places around the country. They are warm and fluffy and crispy and the toppings are all amazing. They are worth every penny and the customer service is always top notch!

I’ve never been inside so I can’t speak for the atmosphere but the doughnuts are some of the best doughnuts I’ve ever eaten. No exaggeration. You would get fat eating these because you wouldn’t be able to stop.

I love The Fractured Prune!
That being said, I was not sure if this place was open. The only signage in the windows were a couple of posters that showed all the donuts that they offer. The open sign was not lit.
The seating seems to be an afterthought.
I grabbed my donuts and just ate in the car. I love the donuts here...the inside needs work
