For anyone to give this establishment a bad review is wild. The owners are incredibly pleasant. The food is delicious. The remodel is beautiful. (Big plus it is walking distance from work for lunch.)They survived Covid, and have continued to survive through this declining economy period.Worth every penny in my opinion. I do hope they continue to thrive and succeed. Small businesses are taking a huge hit right now and they’re doing an amazing job!

You seat yourself and get your menus then order at the bar. The food was delicious, it's a very casual place, however seems a bit pricey. They have a nice brunch menu. They have a stage where they host bands on certain days. We went on a Sunday around 1:30pm and they seemed very slow so we got a good parking space. Large bar area. Tables were all very sticky. Staff was nice, food came out fast but that could have been because it was slow. I'm willing to come back again.

Incredible experience. Good absolutely delectable and cooked/seasoned just right. I ordered Shrimp and GritsDietary restrictions: Brunch, of course I will visit again.Pescatarian - the shrimp and grits was ambrosia really! The mountain mimosa only added to the beautiful atmosphere.

The honest option here the food was terrific and worth the price; everything I tried was perfect, and the bartender was terrific. I gave three stars for the atmosphere because I didn't know why the place was not packed; maybe the parking situation, but this is a beautiful place for date nights and good food. The owner needs to work on getting more people in the door.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options here....

Food is it of this world! This is a must try if you stop in Fredrick for a lunch or brunch. My only comment is that it was unclear it was self service for seating. I must have missed a sign but i would hope it was more clear.

Visited on Mother's Day at about noon and expected a long wait. The place was crowded but the wait wasn't as long as expected. The first come first served seating and order on your own at the counter was different than traditional eateries but it works well. Everything ordered (food & drinks) was amazing and the portions were ample and prepared perfectly. We had turkey Rubens; Cubano, Corn beef hash, house salad, cheesesteak, club, kids menu: spaghetti and chicken strips w fries and no one was unhappy or hungry when the meals were done. There were many appealing meal options and everything I saw coming from the kitchen looked as good as our meals were! We all said we need to come back to sample something else! I would suggest paying attention to your orders and what is received because the only negative we experienced was not receiving 2 sides of fries ($12) and one extra Gambrill Bloody ($14) that we didn't order and paying for said items. It also took an exceptionally long time to get the drink order and it seemed like everyone else in the restaurant received theirs before us, but maybe we were just thirsty! Having said that I think the positive far outweighs any negative and Gambrill Mt. Food Co is a hidden gem!

Great addition to downtown Frederick! Many classic dishes but also a variety of other options and incredible vegan options! Friendly staff and overall chill atmosphere. Banh mi sandwich and Paloma Bellini were fabulous.

Went for Sunday brunch and the food was VERY good. Chicken and waffles tasted delicious. Kids pasta was good as well as the rueben sandwich.Atmosphere sphere was nice and the staff was helpful and welcoming. Not cheap but the presentation and taste made the expense a little easier to justify.Brussell Sprout salad is really good.Parking: Street parking can be tricky to fimd.

The vibe was really nice looking. The service was great. The food was okay. We ordered a lox bagel, montecristo sandwich and truffle fries. I think the fries were my favorite part. It was also a bit pricey.

I hate to have to do this because I have been to this restaurant several times . And I love the food. Unfortunately it is a self serve style restaurant which is inconvenient. However every time I have come we have brought large parties (1st time 6 people, 2nd time a party of 25, and the third time a party of 25) because the food was great. This last time was not an exception. To be honest we love this place because it has the ability to host large parties. And since we host a lot it gave us a second option rather than hosting in our home. Plus as an extra bonus it has a stage and the ability for live music. To be fair to the owner and the establishment, I think there was a big misunderstanding on this last visit. Regrettably the owner chose to handle it unprofessionally and without any regard to our perspective. It ended with him calling names, using foul language and threatening to call the cops. I do wish that the owner Ben Cohen could have seen the value of loyal regular customers.

Love this restaurant the food is well made and the service was good. Only downside is that is no server at the place so you gotta help yourself with your coffee ect ect. Overall I give them a 5 star rating because I love everything else.

So apparently they just opened their online ordering because my cashier was very surprised, she was like how did you order that? Lol she was very nice and I've had great interactions everytime with the staff here, each time a different person, but all great.Tried the Bahn mi here for the first time today. Incredibly high quality ingredients. Everything was cooked and seasoned so well and meshed together perfectly. They also have great vegan options here.If I was to knit pick anything, one time I came in a little late like 730ish and was told I'd have to pay cover for the band playing, but I was starving and I just wanted to get a quick meal and get out and not pay an extra 20 for my gf and myself for a show we weren't gonna stick around for. And things are a bit pricey, like $18 for a sandwich is a lot. So honestly if they knocked the general price of food down like a couple bucks I'd imagine they'd get even more business to make up for it. I would come frequently. But also I don't own a business and inflation is awful so take that with a grain of salt.Overall expect excellent customer service with people who just make you feel like you've been friends for a hot minute. A good atmosphere and fun concert nights in house. Most importantly great quality food that is incredibly delicious. And can honestly say that having been here a handful of times and trying their brunch, sandwiches, pizza, and some appetizers.

Exactly what I needed for a late lunch. Jasmine was prompt to welcome me at the door. It was a drizzly day and some hearty food was in order. I went with the steak and cheese. However, instead of the usual sub or sandwich, they offered the option to pile the deliciousness atop a mountain of fries. It paired perfectly with a local stout from Monocacy Brewing Company. As I was short on time, they were prompt to deliver the food to my table. All around, an awesome experience in a cozy atmosphere. I will certainly be returning and introducing my friends to this gem of Downtown Frederick. Well done, Gambrill!Cheers!

I enjoyed my brunch here! The French toast was delicious but quite sweet. They have changed their service style to a seat your self and order at the counter type of service. It is convenient and allows you to order quickly but is a bit confusing as they didn't communicate fully that we were responsible for getting our own silverware.
