The food did not taste good. The fried rice was hard. The food had very little meat mainly vegetables . The steak with peppers and onions had more onion and peppers and barely any steak. The Chicken and Cahews had barely any Chicken in it. The owner was rude when I phoned about his bad tasting food.

Best Chinese food in Frederick- great dumplings and fried rice. They really cares about the quality and taste of their food and I would get takeout from here over any other place around. The people that write the bad reviews never stop getting takeout from here - it’s that good.

1st time I tried this place we waited 30 minutes past the time we were told it would be ready for simple Lomien.Since there are not a lot of Christmas Day options I decided to try them again tonight. I ordered online and took a screenshot of the confirmation. Our order said pick up at 715. I arrived at 725 and found an extremely disorganized service counter. After waiting 15 minutes to be helped because they couldn’t find the order for the person in front of me I waited another 5 minutes for them to answer phones and take those orders. Shockingly they could not find my order. They did offer to make it if I wanted to wait 50 minutes! Will not be trying a third time.

The guy that took my order on 12-01-23 between 5:30pm to 6pm is very rude and arrogant! He charged me for extra chicken I didn’t asked for and when I called him back he got the NERVES TO TELL ME WELL DONT BUY FOOD FROM HERE anymore!!! HE TALKS OVER ALL HIS CUSTOMERS AND HIS Customer service is bad AND PATHETIC!! HE have no respect for his customers and it’s sad!!!! maybe he thinks he’s doing us a favor. He treated my neighbor like that and HE KEEPS GETTING AWAY WITH THAT AND thAT is not right!!!!!!

I was able to customize my orders as I cannot have canned foods (bamboo shoots, baby corn & water chestnuts). The service is fast & efficient. The ambiance is nice but most people take out their food.

When food is pour at any restaurant it is understood that no one's perfect. However when I called to describe what my food looks like and taste it all I met with was thank you for your feedback. This time I'm giving a shout because I've tolerated poor service from this restaurant before however for them to repeatedly have a problem and I just call back to let them know how poor the meal was to meet with such an businesslike reaction is not only unprofessional but is unacceptable in any community especially ours here at Lake Linganore. This restaurant should be closed. The cuisine that they sell is often purchased because they are the closest in the Lake Linganor arrangement. Soon there will be others and I will be glad to try them but as it stands for this little restaurant in Lake Linganor right next to the Weis do not patronize this place it is awful poor Without compensation acknowledgment or just courteousness and allowing an individual to know that this was not your intent of service and that you will make sure such service is not repeat it. I will let everyone know and Lake Linganor do not patronize Great Wall Chinese restaurant. Encourage my friends to stop patronizing the restaurant and for your health wealth and safety I suggest that you don't patronize this place as it can be detrimental to your health thank you. If I could I would post a zero star. Since it is not possible I will give it one but it does not even deserve a one

Waited 25 minutes past my pick up time. Fried rice was dry, plain, and flavorless. No eggs or veggies like normal fried rice. General TSO chicken was so spicy we couldn't eat it. Never have I ever had this dish this spicy and it's the only thing I order at Chinese restaurants. Egg rolls were over fried. The crab rangoon was ok.
