Really excellent food! Loaded fries have tons of chicken, huge waffle fries, and excellent sauce. Chicken "Sando" Jr was just the right size, juicy and super flavorful, rivaling any other chicken sandwich. And bubble teas! Food came right out with minimal wait, music was excellent (per my teenager).
Very good heat to their foods, I love spice and even grow my own scorpion peppers so I'm use to heat but Hangery Joe's can pack a punch dusting their chicken with dry rub, it hits hard!
Wings lack consistency sometimes they're great sometimes meh. All the sides need to be rethought imo...

Decent chicken and a nice change from the usual suspects. I like the ability to choose the spicy level. I started with medium but have dropped to mild. I've tried both of the loaded options and prefer the Mac and cheese. The loaded waffle fries had the fries in the bottom and they ended up a bit soggy. I liked the chicken finger platter with the waffle fries but haven't tried the rest of the menu.

When we went it was a bit dead and the service was slow, but holy cow the food is amazing. Different levels of heat, including one you need to sign a waiver for. Got a sandwich and fries, and even tried the super hot nuggets. Will definitely leave you tearing up and with a sore tongue for a bit. Great for a night with friends to test each other's strengths. Once people know about this place it should be hopping, love the artwork!Parking: Parking spots are tight, but with good traffic even at busy times should be manageable.Kid-friendliness: Good place for dinner, but don't recommend letting the kids try the hot stuff unless they are used to it or enjoy it.
IM A HUGE SPICY CHICKEN FAN. So when I heard Frederick was getting a spot I was too hyped! The menu consists of like 5 combos and a couple other things that are just hot chicken in different ways. You got the sandwich, nuggets, wings, tenders or wrap... I went with the safe bet of the sandwich combo with fries and a drink for 15 bucks. I thought that was a great deal especially when I received my meal and saw just how big the breast was! I feel like I did get a bit shorted on the fries a bit.. was alittle upset especially since they were waffle fries which are my favorite lol but atleast you get unlimited refills if you dine in so I feel like it balances out. The chicken it self was cooked perfectly the sauce on it was good. I got the medium and it was perfect heat for me... I enjoy the slight sweat... the only thing I didn't like was it cole slaw. I definitely feel like it's an acquired taste it honestly tasted Asian inspired sweet and tangy... really couldn't put my finger on it but it just wasn't like the typical Nashville style that I'm accustomed to. Because of that I might still choose roaming roaster over this but if I don't feel like making that drive I'd definitely be content with coming here.. the inside is also very nice! Cool pop art all across the walls I love when places take the extra effort to make their dining areas unique.

Have had this in Rockville almost weekly and the Frederick store misses the mark on everything. This is not the first time ordering from Frederick store either. Coleslaw, flavorless and dry. Tenders had very minimal seasoning. Tasted like ordinary tenders. Front register staff constantly on their phone. Would drive to the Rockville store (from frederick) for their food as it is so much better on all levels.

My first time was amazing. Everything is made to order and comes out hot and fresh so don't get upset if you wait 15 minutes. Chicken breast was huge. The dredge they use makes the outside very uniquely crispy. Very nice spice blend (medium) not just obnoxiously hot. The house spicy mayo is really good and unique. You definitely get what you pay for. Can't wait to try korean style and other sauces.
