Can not thank Cherie and her staff for a wonderful private service honoring our Mother. Quick reply for last minute booking worked out perfectly. The menu selection offered fresh items that catered to everyone’s dietary needs. Drinks were strong and delicious. Would recommend 1000% to anyone looking for a private space. We attended a private affair at Hootch & Banter yesterday and the service, food and staff were excellent. The venue was comfortable and relaxed. The staff were friendly, courteous, attentive and professional. They were on top of their game! The food was delicious, flavorful and well prepared. A wonderful experience that truly added to the event. I highly recommend Hootch & Banter and will be returning soon to enjoy a regular evening of delicious food.

Have gone here before food good drinks excellent Usually come 7 and have to wait Got the bright idea to go at 5 and beat the crowds One couple at the bar and restaurant empty Seated promptly and sat , and sat , and sat and sat Sat for literally 10 minutes in an empty restaurant with 4-5 servers manager and bartender chatting happily away ignoring the only diners in the place Normally would call someone over for water and a cocktail But in a place that charges $40-130 for an entree I decided not to be abused and pay for it Walked down to The Tasting Room and had a lovely dinner

My wife loves this place, I think it's pretty good not great. Burger was on point, wife's scallops were on an amazing risotto but the protein was stringy and fishy and the glaze was burnt onto the surface. The kid had the child's steak and that was undercooked but a great value plate for $15. Wife mentioned they have a great cheese and charcuterie plate, but it's $35. Venue is small, not super relaxing, staff were either angelic or ambivalent. Wine kitchen still does it better.
