They have roaches. Unfortunately I won’t be able to come back even though my son loves I hop . I killed one walking across the dining room and did not end up finishing my meal. I just can’t justify the high prices for food made in a kitchen with roaches, when I can make at home with out the roaches . Pic of the roach I killed

I went in the morning time. Dined in. It was moderately busy. Service was great and friendly. Food was exactly what you'd expect from IHOP. Atmosphere was pretty quiet even though it had a good amount of people in the restaurant. I like this IHOP most between Frederick and Hagerstown. It's always relaxing in the mornings when I am there and the service has always been good the last 7 times that I've visited.

While the commercial grade flooring is a wonderful improvement over the wall to wall carpeting, rhe floors at this location are disgustingly sticky. Either the cleaner used to mop the floor's at the end of the day needs to be changed OR whoever is mopping the floors at the end of the day needs to be trained properly.
As restaurant guests go, my impression of a restaurant, is highly impacted not only by the food, but also by the condition of the bathrooms and the cleanliness of the establishment overall.
Ihop hasn't evolved much in decades. This shop had few patrons & sadly will likely close within next few years
