My husband had a dirty fork, but they finally replaced it. As for the atmosphere, there was a family with 3 screaming kids, which was very upsetting. Maybe they could move families with small children further away.

This ihop was well run, food was fresh, and service was prompt. Great experience, and we had a hockey team with several ppl that were accommodated. Two thumbs up!

I think they got mad that I called and asked to come back and pick up an order when I had received the wrong thing. The manager said okay and I asked her to make me a plain cold turkey sandwich and put in fridge for me or something cause I had to be somewhere. When I got there, there was no sandwich and she said something about the kitchen threw away the ticket? Haha, okay. So then she asks me again what I want and I tell her the same thing I said before, but now she says they don’t have my kind of bread. Why did my original order go through with that bread and why did the manager not catch that when I placed the corrective order? I picked another kind and she asked if I wanted toasted and I said no…cold turkey sandwich, please haha. So, after having to wait a long time and be late to my appointment, she eventually comes out with my order. A nice juicy HOT turkey sandwich on toasted bread that didn’t have the mayo I asked for. ??? I was so hungry all day.

Chicken biscuit is larger than you would think it is. Flavorful gravy but the chicken itself is kind of grey and old. Biscuit crumbles apart when you try to hold it. Then again this is IHOP so if you want chicken biscuit do yourself a favor and go to the next door Chick-fil-A. I'll probably stick to the pancakes next time.
