Bait and switch...advertised free meal for Veterans Day. they only thing that was free was 2 pancakes and they charged the rest o the grand slam as a separate meal. So they should advertise 2 pancakes for vets instead of a meal.

Even when the restaurant is full, wait times are very reasonable, all the staff is very polite and helpful,the waitresses are very pleasant and knowledgeable, and are always making sure you're taken care of, my review is based on multiple visits at different times and days, so in my opinion, the service is very consistent. Every single time the food came out tasting great , highly recommend.

Jesus should be fired!!! I called 4 times for a Doordarsh order and he hung up four times in my face. The lady Alicia is ok but Jesus should be fired for not maintaining good customer service when I paid for every thing I did not get!! Staying in a hotel while I'm out of town working and I have to eat with my hands.... smh I hope to speak to Diego to make this right. Pictures on hand I wish I could add them
I decided to order pick up. I chose the value menu for the Breakfast Faves Combo. I arrived at the establishment a few minutes after the time that was listed in my email. I talk to the young man at the front office and tell him that I had an order for pick up. He goes in the kitchen and proceeds to be kitchen for about 5 minutes, which I found odd because my food is supposed to ready. He comes back gives me my food, I briefly check the bag to make sure all of the items were there, and got in my car. I was hungry so I went into the bag to grab a piece of bacon before I left. While doing so I touched one of the pancakes, which I could have chiseled a rock with because of hard it was. Literally rock hard. I instantly knew that the pancakes they gave me had been sitting out for a while. I also noticed that the pancake wasn’t the original buttermilk but rather one with sprinkles in it. I’m a bit agitated at this point as I go back in and talk to the young man again. I explain the issue at hand and show my receipt of the order. He goes towards the kitchen, talks to another coworker then goes into the kitchen for a 1-2 minutes. He comes back and explains to a lady, that I’m assuming was the manager or shift lead, and tells her what happened. They then go to the kitchen for a few minutes. The young man returns with 2 fresh pancakes. I say thank you and walk out. I’m very disappointed as it was my first time going to this particular establishment. They will no longer receive my patronage.
