I have a medical alert dog with me and while at least 6 people saw me and my SD (Including a manager of somekind) no one came to seat us with at least one person shaking their head. It's a shame as a previous employee, I know this isn't normal. I don't think I will be going to any franchise for a long while

We went here on the way home from the airport. Was there about 4:30 AM . Only 2 other people in there but the food was still cold when it was served to us. OJ watered down. Building extremely cold. Had to wear coat the whole time and still cold. It is 21 degrees outside and didn't feel much different inside.

It's IHop. We didn't have high expectations going in. Our server was much better than usual.
Kid-friendliness: IHop is and has always been a family restaurant. They have an extensive kids menu.
Our server was very friendly, and we received our food quickly during the lunch rush hour. My toddler enjoyed their Christmas french toast stick special 😋
