I've called three times now an hour before they close and they don't pick up don't answer. Then I walk up there because they don't answer at 8:00 p.m. and the lights are out. I don't understand why this happens. Change your hours if you're going to close super early. Besides that their Pizza is great I do tend to order from there a lot. So I think out of customer service they really should stay open when they say they are. Hopefully this we'll get figure it out sometime soon

We just moved to the area this past year and I am kicking myself for not coming to this place sooner. Everything I've ordered has been great but in particular I really love their pizza. We've ordered multiple pizzas and I just tried a steak and cheese sub yesterday and it was phenomenal. Fast service, generous portions, and consistent food. Can't get much better than that.
Staff is rude. Pizza is tasteless and disgusting. Zero sauce. Pizza use to be great. Best in Frederick. Apparently they are under a new owner. We will no longer be ordering from Ilfornos.

Just tried to order a couple hundred dollars worth of pizza. The number on their website was never answered and went to a full voicemail inbox. Maybe they aren’t in business anymore, who knows. Tried to call their sister restaurants and was put on hold for a few minutes. Got my pizza somewhere else.
