What made this restaurant different was we walked in they was packed and he still said he would take care of us 20 minutes had a table for 5 and everything was good , good food good drinks good service outstanding on the gentlemen that constantly came around to fill waters check to see if you needed something or keep your table clear that was outstanding and I would assume it was the owner that took us in and seated us or I assumed from the way he acted and had stuff done and took care of everything going from table to table checking on his customers we had a couple pasta dishes , lasagnas a soup and a pizza and nothing to complain about at all and not to mention his prices was not crazy like some of the other places in the area too
Very welcoming staff and atmosphere, I had meat Lasagna, was tasty, and for desert I had Vanilla Gelato with shot of espresso and was divine, highly recommended!

Service was excellent! Food was amazing. We had the calamari which was cooked to perfection. My dad had the lobster ravioli (special) and said it was the best he has ever had. My daughter and I split a plate if the chicken alfredo and it was just lovely. The home made tiramisu is fantastic too. They really made her 10th birthday experience special.

Had heard amazing reviews of this place from both family and friends so my girlfriend and I decided to stop in for Valentine’s Day dinner. Kevin was our server for the night and boy did he disappoint. Had reservations at 7:30. We had a drink order in as soon as we sat down and, after we inquired about where they were, finally received them at 8:15. 45 minutes of sitting around being dodged by Kevin. Meanwhile tables that came in after us had their entree’s within 30 minutes, also served by Kevin. To keep things short, the service got worse. We ordered our appetizer at the same time as our entree and Kevin confirmed that he would deliver the appetizer first. Sure enough, here come the entrees, yet no appetizer. I asked where it was, and he appeared stunned… shocking, I know, seeing as the service was excellent before. Fast forward to the tail end of the night. He had completely forgotten the garlic bread appetizer for the table next to us… (they kindly gave it away to a new table that had just sat down). Anyways back to us, we put in one order of their Valentine’s Day special drink and he told my girlfriend he would wait until she was finished her current drink because, why order early? We also put in a desert order. Came out amazing just like all the other food, incredible taste. We’re now done desert and sitting with the check, oh and here now comes her 2nd drink that we ordered 20+ minutes ago. So we sat there all paid up and eager to leave not enjoying the beverage. Did Kevin offer anything more than an excuse as to it was Valentine’s Day? No. He even forgot to give me a pen to fill out the check. Honestly probably the worst service I have ever experienced. For that alone, I will not return. Food is great! If you do go, just avoid Kevin.

Spending more time in MD these days. Always try to have a meal here. One of the restaurants I enjoyed going to when I lived in Frederick.
Made a reservation and when we arrived, it was so crowded. There was no grace period, so don’t be late if you make a reservation. The person at the host stand was rude and said give it a few minutes. We waited 20 minutes and left. I understand we were late, but the customer service was nonexistent. I probably won’t make an attempt to try this place again.

Atmosphere is great, as is service. Food less than par. "Bruschetta" was served as chopped tomatoes on untoasted bread. The kind we got in a basket on the table. No olive oil, etc. At least toast the bread!Artichoke hearts partially breaded and mushy. Would be better flash fried with a bit of olive oil and lemon."Cioppino" should be renamed to reflect that it's seafood an a cream sauce, not tomato based as is the typical.Seafood pasta dish had tiny "scallops" and 3 overcooked shrimp.Chicken parmigiana bland and dry.Drinks and desserts were ok.For the price, the food is not worth coming back despite living within 2 blocks of the place.

Stopped by to confirm reservation and we're welcome kindly. Arrived with group to experience Excellent service, perfectly mixed cocktails, delicious food. Chicken Marsala was best ever, pasta was obviously made on site, and calamari made us smile. Bravo!
