It's really good and was nice and Hot on this chilly day. FANTASTIC

Edit: it gave my husband food poisoning thanks People seemed nice enough just doing their jobs, but $10 for 4 piece ? And two of them looked like they had been cut down the long side then separately breaded and counted as two separate pieces. And if you get a cheesestake and want to make it into a meal that's $12+$6 so $35 for a not super great meal is rather unfortunate. The cheesestakes are not world class or whatever they claim. I suppose it's just the unfortunate fact of life that everything is so dang expensive so so little now. And then tips are expected, and half the time I worry if I don't they will do something to my food.

I've been ordering from Jack's for a while now. Honestly, when it's good, it's fantastic....however, it can be hit or miss. I've had a sub that had so much mayo on it that everything slid out of the roll. Tonight I skipped the mayo and opted for oil and vinegar...unfortunately the whole sub roll was soggy and dripping with the juices.So many onions were thrown on top of the sub. I basically just picked it all apart. I also wish the menu allowed for some customization such as LIGHT MAYO or LIGHT OIL AND VINEGAR or Normal cheese for the steak and cheese subs. All of the hot subs are double cheese and no option to change it

Ordered a cheese steak with jalapenos and discovered some bones were found in the cheese steak. I'm not sure where they get the meat, but they need to find a new supplier.

Ordering wasn't a problem. it just took a while, and then a bit of a wait for the food. Also found a lot of bone chips in the Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches (2). Photos attached: Also, I called and informed them of the bones and told them they might want to check their meat. They wanted me to bring the meat back in, and I told them no and that I wasn't looking for a refund or anything, just that they might want to look into this before someone accidentally choked on a piece. They didn't seem very happy or concerned.

I ordered take out .sandwich was not made like I asked. I did call and was told there nothing they can do about it .poor customer service .
The first time I came, I had a great experience but the next time i came the quality wasn't there. When i first came the owner/manager was around. This time around it's lacking something. The food portions wasn't there, and the customer service wasn't great at all

I used to love this place. Came here once a week. Now it's $17 for a REGULAR size combo. Not a large sub, not a large fry, just a REGULAR combo. They also don't even have iced tea anymore. Just Pepsi products. Sad. Same good food and friendly staff. Figure out a way to make a combo under $15

We ordered online. When we got there, it didn't have a place to pick up the order, so I had to wait through everyone ordering to get our food. We got small and regular size subs to compare sizes, and the small is about half the size of a regular. The pizza was pretty limp and didn't have a great bite to it. There is no real flavor to the pizza besides the cheese. The cheese steaks had a big lack of additional ingredients. It had a good amount of meat and cheese, not nearly able to notice any of the other toppings we ordered if they were there at all. And the taste was bland. I don't know how to make a cheese steak taste just like cheese and not able to taste the meat at all but somehow they managed.
