They consistently over charge me. It’s as if they’re stealing from me.

Today I ordered 2 of the smaller little John’s sandwiches one roast beef and other turkey and a bag of chips

My total was 14.10 when it should have been a little over 10. This constitutes theft. I will never return to this location. This is unacceptable!!

Sneaked a subway sub into this place and it SUCKED! The bread was stale, the lettuce was turning grey, and the turkey tasted like what I can only imagine what overcooked pigeon tastes like. Terrible. Also was promised the smell would be great. It was not!!!!

We're regulars at this location (minimum once a week sandwich run for the family) and we won't be back. The staffs behavior is completely unacceptable. We came in today, they have a sign asking for cash (they do this often and even ask customers to Venmo them sometimes) and I asked if a 50$ was ok. It's always the same woman who is yelling, and rude to customers and today apparently it was my turn. I tried letting it go, she was so incredibly rude over and over, but my final straw was her snapping at me for asking for a receipt. We canceled our orders and won't be back. Tried resolving it with the manager who basically said she's got " family troubles." We understand this time of year is stressful, but this is the norm, not the exception with this employee. I'm hoping another Jimmy John's opens up nearby because we won't be returning to this one.

Really good food but ignorant staff! Barely talked (mumbled) and had an attitude. Also really off putting that he was not wearing his long hair back and another employee was not wearing a beard cover.

Ordered a Beach Club, which was made as a Veggie Club. Where the hell was the turkey?!! The employee that waited on me was too busy with having a conversation on her ear buds to even pay attention!!!

Oh wow! I visited the Jimmy John’s on Presidents Ct a few days ago. Before entering, I saw the female employee sitting on the counter on her phone. When I walked in, there were zero customers. The employee was quick to jump off the counter and ask what I’d like. I asked her to give me a moment as I had just walked in and was unfamiliar with the menu. I inquired whether they had just regular chicken breast to which she sarcastically replied they had shredded chicken and pointed to the menu above her head stating it was listed there. I then made the decision to order the 16in Italian sub. She gave a quizzical look with raised eyebrows which made me feel the order was not a possibility. I asked her if this was OK to which she responded “yeah” as if I should already know that. Her body language and customer service was deplorable. As I turned to walk out I stated there would be no order and as I walked out I heard her screaming something in the background. Yikes! Scary and disturbing. Will NEVER come back. Ever.

I visited Jimmy John's today and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Upon entering, I was greeted with a dismissive "What can I help you with?" from an employee named Kristen, who was sitting on the counter with an attitude. Her demeanor was unwelcoming and unprofessional.

Initially, I considered leaving because I am tired of spending my money at establishments that do not value their customers. However, my husband was walking in, so I decided to stay. He noticed Kristen giving me a disdainful look, seemingly because I was taking a moment to decide on my order. There were no other customers in the store at the time.

After ordering my sandwich, Kristen called out my number and placed the sandwich at the pick-up area. She then removed her gloves and returned to the counter without offering any napkins or further assistance. When I noticed there were no napkins in sight, I had to reach behind the counter to get them myself.

I left the store feeling deeply disrespected and uncomfortable. Initially, I believed Kristen's behavior was influenced by racial bias, as I am a Black woman and she is White. However, after reading online reviews, it appears this location has bad reviews in general smh customers, indicating a broader issue with the staff's manners and customer service.

This experience was unacceptable and goes against the values of respect and equality that I expect from a reputable establishment like Jimmy John's.

Worst customer service at this locationI worked at jimmy john’s for 2 years and we always meet the expectations, never turned down a customer even if it was a last minute catering order.But at this location now as a customer i had the worst experience ever. What happened to freaky fast? Or good customer service? I tried making a catering order 2 party boxes total 48 pieces and was told they cant make this order even telling them ahead of time. They said they didn’t have enough materials to make this order.Im so disappointed, i will take my business somewhere else.
