The older lady that picks up the calls is extremely disrespectful and has no place talking to customers over the phone. I placed an order and they never sent it to me. I completely forgot about it at the time because I was super busy at work. Jimmy John’s has done this multiple times in the past and they always called me to return my money but this time they didn’t and I didn’t call because I was busy. Today I ordered again ever since that last time and saw on my app that the last order was still active and said “track”. I simply called just to see if they can check it out and see if I’m being charged although it’s been some time and the lady completely blew up on me. Super rude and a nasty attitude. She didn’t even ask me why I called. She cut me off to say “there’s nothing I can do for you” BEFORE I could even explain myself. She then said I was a waste of time. Terrible customer service. I could care less about the sandwich but she gave me a reason to leave this review because of the way she speaks to people

It depends on who's working, but tonight's Thursday night crew, hands down, made the best Jimmy John's sandwiches we've ever had. We go to a different Jimmy John's at least once a week, but this location crushed it tonight. Thanks, guys.

One of the worst sandwiches I’ve had. It was basically all lettuce and bread—no noticeable meat and no toppings. I paid for a sub and got a salad on a bun. Really disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Extremely disappointed with my order from Jimmy John’s. My sandwich was 95% lettuce, with just two slices of tomato and a paper-thin layer of turkey. To top it off, they completely forgot the cheese. For the price, I expected a real sandwich—not a salad in bread. Definitely not the quality or care I’ve come to expect. Won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I ordered food as I do on a weekly basis. My delivery was still not at my location an hour and a half later. I called twice and each time was given several reasons that my food was running late. Then someone called me back and very rudely told me with a snarky attitude that I should have looked for it before I called because it was there. First of all don't be rude to me and second of all this is the last time I will order. Not because it was late, but because the person who called me back was nasty and rude. I work with the public and would never speak to someone like that EVER!! I asked for the owner and was told to look him up. Ridiculous!!! I never complain but feel it was necessary this time.

They consistently over charge me. It’s as if they’re stealing from me.

Today I ordered 2 of the smaller little John’s sandwiches one roast beef and other turkey and a bag of chips

My total was 14.10 when it should have been a little over 10. This constitutes theft. I will never return to this location. This is unacceptable!!

Sneaked a subway sub into this place and it SUCKED! The bread was stale, the lettuce was turning grey, and the turkey tasted like what I can only imagine what overcooked pigeon tastes like. Terrible. Also was promised the smell would be great. It was not!!!!

We're regulars at this location (minimum once a week sandwich run for the family) and we won't be back. The staffs behavior is completely unacceptable. We came in today, they have a sign asking for cash (they do this often and even ask customers to Venmo them sometimes) and I asked if a 50$ was ok. It's always the same woman who is yelling, and rude to customers and today apparently it was my turn. I tried letting it go, she was so incredibly rude over and over, but my final straw was her snapping at me for asking for a receipt. We canceled our orders and won't be back. Tried resolving it with the manager who basically said she's got " family troubles." We understand this time of year is stressful, but this is the norm, not the exception with this employee. I'm hoping another Jimmy John's opens up nearby because we won't be returning to this one.

Really good food but ignorant staff! Barely talked (mumbled) and had an attitude. Also really off putting that he was not wearing his long hair back and another employee was not wearing a beard cover.
