The food here was excellent; server was very friendly and really competent but we felt a little rushed to finish our meal and vacate the table. I was the last diner of four of us still eating and all other plates had been removed; server asked about dessert for others while I was still eating. I felt kind of like an unwanted guest. Other than this, our dinner was lovely.

I wish I could be more positive as this was a lovely space. However for the price, our experience did not live up to our expectations. I ordered the special and the server brought me something else. When I brought this up to the sever she insisted that I had ordered what she brought and looked at her pad to insist that she had written down what she brought. Both my wife and myself knew that I had not ordered what she brought. I kept the food she brought and it was actually quite good. The other negative was that our food was not warm. It was not that it was not tasty. It would have in our opinion been better if it had been warmer. We could have sent it back but chose not to do so. Nothing about our experience was terrible, but given what we paid it should have been a little better. Perhaps the next time.

Had a nice lunch experience, fried chicken sandwich was delicious, good flavor and a large portion. The fries were delicious as well.

Good service and the food was outstanding! We had a table near the front window, so it was nice to watch as people walked by. We will come back again.

Unfortunately they were on a special valentines menu and did not have their normal menu. Most entrees were seafood based which my son can not have. They were not willing to make anything from their regular menu like a burger. I ended up getting the French onion soup which was far from it. It was a biscuit floating in green onion broth with no cheese. I had them take it away as it tasted gross. To replace it I got cream of crab soup that was thick and extremely salty. I also got mussels which were barely cooked. My husband got fish and chips which was mainly breading and no fish. The ny strip my child got since it was the only item on the menu without seafood was cooked properly and he enjoyed the chocolate cake. Our server was not attentive even though there were not a lot of people in the restaurant. We constantly had to ask for refills and were not offered any bread. We probably won't be back.

Service was fantastic. Menu had a good selection for Valentine's Day. All the food was great, but the “lump” crab in my seafood pasta dish was definitely not lump. I mean, sure, it says lump on the can that holds the pasteurized crab meat from another country, but it wasn't the same lump crab used to make my wife's crab cake order. Again, service was awesome and everything else was very good.

We found this place while visiting in the area and looking for something nice. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was nothing short of amazing.

Food was delicious. The shrimp and scallops with risotto had a great balance of flavors and the was seafood tender. The hostess was very kind in that while my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary she sat us in a quiet place. Keep hiring the kind hearted.

I am very particular about my food so myself I wasn't a fan of the crab cake but my husband really likes it. I would go back again and try another dish. The atmosphere was very warming and cozy. The waiter was very tentative and pleasant.

Nice restaurant with an attractive dining room. We enjoyed the crab soup and the Southwestern salad. Both were tasty and nicely prepared We has shrimp salad sandwiches that were flooded with mayo. This caused the not so fresh roll to become very mush and soggy. Less mayo is definitely needed,There was no tomato or lettuce with the sandwich which would have been nice, The french fries were average at best. My husband had the crabcake but that too was average even though it was a decent size. It lacked taste and ranked in the lower half of the crabcake world. I would say to go to this restaurant but order food. The salads looked good that were served to other tables.

This was my first time esting at JoJo' and we will definitely be back! The service was great, the food was delicious, and the music playlist made the experience even more enjoyable!

Jo Jo's is doing an awful lot of things very, very well. It has servers that know the menu, know how do be welcoming, and do a super job remembering your needs. We had brunch this past weekend..and my wife chose the Fried Chicken and Waffles. Start with the waffles--perfect doneness, crisp, with a melt-in-your mouth batter. But now the chicken breast....too insubstantial, and overcooked. It brought down the whole experience to "Very Good" instead of "Excellent." Nonetheless...I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others, and we will return in the near future

Atmosphere and service was nice here, but the only downside was the food. Myself and another in our party ordered the Chicken Chesapeake. The presentation was good, but the chicken was very dry and hard to cut, if it wasn't for the moist crab on top it would have been difficult to eat. The brussel sprouts side were too hard, not cooked enough imo, and the mashed potatoes were over-salted. While I made the best of this meal, I expected better. Not sure I would go again.

Place was nice, service was nice, BUT the most important thing, the FOOD. Me and my significant other ordered the Chesapeake chicken. Chicken was very dry and hard to cut, if it weren't for the moist crab on top, I would not have been good at all. The mashed potatoes were too salty and the brussel sprouts were hard, couldn't even cut those. So while I wanted to love this place, the food fell way short.
