Some of the food felt cheap. But Britney Rivas was amazing! Her service made me want to come back more and I appreciate it her a lot!

I’ve been here multiple times and this is a great hotpot and bbq place with different options. Service is great. From the front desk to the waiter. Ray, Trystin and Chris served us and they were so nice. I recommend this place!

Visited Kpot for Dinner. And we had an amazing time. The teas were delicious and the sauce bar was on point. Our waitress Cece was friendly and offered great service. We recommend giving Kpot a try if your around the area looking for something that’ll hit the spot.

Hiya I’m the daughter that came here for the first time! Alondra was a very nice service. She came quick and she was always making sure we were okay’ she was smiling all the time and she was super nice. The food was good! 👍

I always love to have my girls day here, I typically come here with my besties but today I took my grandma to eat lunch here, great service.. Unlimited tea with bottomless meats. Our waitress was Cece! Highly recommend asking for her.. my grandmother who has a lot of restrictions on her diet was very satisfied with the drinks and food. Thanks to the staff !

My boyfriend has been wanting to try KPOT for over a year, and after finally going, I think he regrets waiting so long! He absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back — or better yet, for the Hagerstown location to open so there’s one closer to home. I have a feeling once that happens, I may never get to go out for Mexican again! 😄

Our server, Brittany, was amazing — super knowledgeable about the menu and such a big help as we navigated everything for the first time. She explained how it all worked and even offered some delicious suggestions that made the experience even better.

We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit!
