Called the store, the gentleman told me there was no pre order after I paid and received a confirmation, explained that I have the order number and he gave me a different number to call. They weren’t helpful either, they told me my prefer didn’t go through for some reason and they will issue a return, I told them the donuts were for my son birthday and I just wanted the order to be placed and they told me a manager would reach out. They never reached out so fast forward to today still no refund and still getting told I have to place another order ….. DO NOT PRE ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Krispy Kreme had that light on and it did not disappoint. There is not one close to where I live in Texas, so I have not had Krispy Kreme in over a decade and once I bit my doughnut, I still remembered the taste. Everything was awesome. All the employees displayed great customer service.

I came through the drive thru Monday night and was greeted by a great young man named Kaden he was so helpful and considerate it was my first time coming to Krispy Kreme and he was so pleasant helped me through all of there doughnut options great service even tastier doughnuts!!

I was HIGHLY disappointed. Came in to get a dozen glazed donuts. I saw where it says in the front case that you can add a different donut for .40 more. I wanted to try one different so I asked for 11 glazed and 1 filled. The VERY rude woman filled my order and charged me for 1 dozen assorted. I pointed out the .40 sign and she glared at me. Not sure why I backed down, but I took my stuff and left. I should have demanded the correct price. When I got home, the stupid donuts were stale. Not a single fresh one in the dozen. What a waste of $15+. Never again.
I love Krispy Kreme, but the customer service I received from Kaden at the Drive thru was beyond horrible. He was rushing me and rude, like there were 20 cars behind me....I was the only car in the drive thru at the time.
