Best quality sushi in Frederick area. I usually travel to Rockville for good sushi, but thankfully I can just stop by Kyo. Very hospitable and quick service. Great to pick up or dine in.

So fresh I went back the next day! No seriously—this sushi was insanely fresh. Like, melt-in-your-mouth, caught-this-morning type of fresh. I thought I was just treating myself once… but I was back the next day like a full-blown sushi addict. Everything from the fish to the rice to the vibe was on point. If you’re even thinking about it—just go. You’ll see why I couldn’t stay away.

Terrible service, 3 orders in a row quoted time tripled…. 2 times carry out orders were over 2 hours. Original quoted time “20 mins”. Place has gone waaaay down hill. Food quality is awful now also.
The scenery and food were fantastic. Our server Jessica was phenomenal and very patient with us- definitely recommend trying this place out.

Never order delivery from this place. Not only was our order over an hour late but half of it was missing. When I called to ask about a refund I was told I was wrong and kept being interrupted. It got to the point where they continued to talk over me and not allow me to explain what I received in my order. I will never do business with this place again.

This sushi restaurant is superior. It has booths that are very comfortable. The menu is huge with lots of such specials like Bento boxes. The service is excellent and prompt. We ordered the sushi KYO boat 1, which has sushi rolls and sashimi. They do not serve alcohol.
