They have a new Mole on the menu and it is the most delicious mole I have ever had. For the life of me I can't figure out why people are waiting in line across the parking lot for Outback Steakhouse when Las Tunas is here waiting to cook you the freshest most amazing food and delicious fresh margaritas served by attentive and friendly people. This is by FAR the best Mexican/Central American food in Frederick.

Happened to come across this restaurant. It was empty at prime dinner time which concerned us. But, it was delightful. The burrito was bigger than any I had ever seen. My husband loved the burrito. Street tacos were also very good. House margarita was average. We would visit again.

Stopped by with my wife. What a delicious little hidden gem, you wouldn't no its here with no signage, I knew it by walking past it to get to the gym. Our server was very efficient constantly checking on us. We had the cerveice, queso dip and the spinach quesadilla. Sine middle and margaritas. Way to go mi amigo, very good

We don’t understand how it was even empty bc this place was AMAZING! We ordered the giant burrito, Veracruz chicken & the kids chicken quesadilla! Everything was so fresh, tasted amazing, the place was clean & the service was phenomenal. Definitely our new favorite and will be coming back! 🥰

Las Tunas is a great local spot for fajitas! We ordered the chicken fajita for one (about $17), and the portions were surprisingly generous — easily enough to share. The quality was excellent for the price, with tender chicken and fresh ingredients all around. The flavor is mellow and well-balanced — not overly spiced, but still full of that classic fajita taste. It also comes with plenty of fresh lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, rice, and beans, making it a complete and satisfying meal. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!

Ordered take out today. It was about an hour from closing. The food was really good but soon as I opened up the food once home the portions did not match at all. Rice looked so small compared to the sauce that was given to me, plus the side of beans was just complete water.

The food was fresh, plentiful and reasonable. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and festive- reminded me of TexMex places in Texas. But I was disappointed in the blandness of the enchiladas and the thin refried beans. However, the salsa, chips, guacamole and rice were on point. The pork tamale was excellent! I'll go back for more tamales and try other menu items.
