We eat out a few times each month. We often go to Ledos, as we have ALWAYS been treated exceptionally well. We often tip 20-25 percent or more. Some of the staff know us. They refill drinks quickly and often bring us condiments before we ask. We hope the service and quality never change.
We are hesitant to try other places, as we are often disappointed by horrible customer service.
Thank you again for another Great Meal this evening.
Thank you.

Interesting pizza place. Dont expect a round pizza. I assumed it was round and didnt read the menu.
Excellent pizza. But still had to soak up the grease with napkins like most pizza places.
Waiter was awesome.
Great place inside, you wouldn't guess it as its in a strip mall

I have concerns about food safety at this location. My boyfriend and his son ate there together today. This is the only thing they've eaten together during the last week and today. They both had abdominal cramping and severe diarrhea within 60 minutes of eating pepperoni pizza at this Ledos. He called to report this to the manager/owner but she was rude and told him it takes 7-8 hours after consuming food for foodborne illness symptoms to appear. This is inaccurate information. Staphylococcus Aureus can create symptoms within 30 minutes. It concerns me that a restaurant owner does not know this food safety information or refuses to take responsibility for error in food storage or preparation. Serving safe food is essentially the greatest priority at a restaurant.
When we called her the second time and shared this with her she thanked us for explaining it and stated that it is nice to learn new things.
.
Sadly, Ledos was a weekly outing for them. Previous to this they would have highly rated this location. Due to getting a foodborne illness from eating there and the lack of knowledge about food safety, they will not be returning.
If you've experienced similar symptoms to this you should report it to the Frederick County Health Department
Food was delicious!
Our waitress was a delightful presence to our not so much of a great evening but with her as well as the best of the best Italian restaurant thus far as well as BEST pizza ever the night ended wonderful
We have been coming to this location for over 20 years. It was the only Pizza out Son would eat. He is graduating from Towson University tomorrow.

Weekly pizza nights are a highlight of our week. My youngest son comes in excited to inspect the pizza and those at the counter let him sign the receipt like he sees his dad going.
The staff goes above and beyond for our take out order each week.
If you are a true Marylander, you love Ledos! IYKYK

I wasn't planning on leaving a review, however, that all changed when a very sweet man named Daniel, who is an employee but was off the clock, made the three of us beautiful origami cranes. He walked by our table with a bag and asked us if we would be interested in having a piece of origami. He waited until we were finished with our meal completely and he confirmed this, before asking which was incredibly thoughtful.
We said yes, as my son was so excited to see the origami. He pulled a chair over and made an origami crane, showing my son how to make the wings flap, before giving it to him. The food was okay, the cheese was a bit skimpy and the whole piece of cheese would slide off each slice after only one bite BUT what made the visit special was Daniel's thoughtfulness.
That small piece of origami had made our night and we won't forget that experience. He is such a sweet person. He said that he has been working there for many many years and busses tables. I hope that by leaving this review, that he will be recognized, for going above and beyond for customers and making them want to come back. Thank you Daniel and we love our origami!
