We ordered delivery. We got half of our order. Between the door dash driver and little Caesar’s I don’t know who was worse. They blamed the issue on each other and neither would make it right. I finally had to go to the store to get the rest of my order after delivery charge and tip. I did request a refund from little cesars and he told me no. He would not issue me a refund I will never order from them again

ordered a hot n ready pepperoni pizza as well as cheesy bread at 2:14pm. At 2:47pm I arrived at the store. After waiting a couple minutes and noticing how quickly people ordering in person were moving in and out I asked about my order. The gentleman walked away from the counter while I was talking dismissing me. After asking a few more times and not moving he informed me they were just waiting on a pepperoni pizza. At 2:57pm a gentleman came in and ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas.
I'll chalk it up to inexperience or a bad night. I ordered the wings and it took 54 minutes. For just wings. Many other people came and went. They did not tell me when I ordered it would take that long. Arguable the slowest little caesars. I love little caesars and I've been all around the country, and will continue to visit their other locations. Not this one. 54 minutes. The place is titled hot and ready... Come on franchise owner, fix this.

Decent folk working the counter and the food is usually hot. Only once out of a bunch of carry out orders has my food been closer to warm than hot and fresh.
