We had a great experience here - there was an issue with one of the steaks and the manager Francisco was incredible. He was super courteous and professional, and even got on the grill and remade it himself. We’ll absolutely be coming back.

Our server rushed is through everything. He forgot what salad dressing i asked for and didn't bring the extra butter we wanted.
My ribeye was over peppered and chewy.
We also never got any bread!

Two years ago I would have given 4-5 stars. I am not sure it was an off night, but food was missed, service was non-existent, and rude to boot, and we ended up with the wrong check given to us at the end of the meal. The food is always good - one of the best values for what you get out there. I've never been here and had the steaks off temp...rare is rare and midrare is always midrare. The seasoning on the steaks is always on point - I never have to ask for the salt. That said, the service there will have me heading to other venues - the food is good but I don't want to sit there for two hours being stressed out - the server even forgot my beer which if served might have let me relax a bit more.

Waitress was phenomenal, ordered a filet, medium. Came out well done, filet wasn't really vut like a filet, 2nd one wS overdone as well, I wasn't waiting again. Manager was kind and didn't charge for my meal. Steak was bland.

Two couples ate dinner here late on a Tuesday afternoon in Mid-October and all had excellent meals. The server was very attentive and came back several times to see if we needed anything during the meal. We both had the 8 ounce "Renegade" sirloin steak dinners and thoroughly enjoyed them. Cost for the two of us was about $46 with tax less tip. That's about average nowadays for this area. The other couple had chicken and salmon for their meals and said the food was also good. We will return in the future.

Order took a long time to arrive and the outlaw ribeye at frederick location wasn't as good as the last one I had in germantown
