Food is good than most McDonald's I've been to but my order is alway incorrect!!! They alway forget my hashbown and screws up my husband's coffee via cream and sugar packets. Smdh They always send us to the third window and have us waiting for 5 mins or more. The managers are nice but the service is not nice. We always end up having to revisit after pulling off and walk inside for missing orders or incorrect orders which defeats the drive thru purpose altogether.

No problem with servers or service, just a cautionary story regarding their paper cups for lava-hot drinks... Even double cupped, the lid popped off while driving and the paper cup squeezed together ejecting hot liquid all over my husband's lap. He had heavy pants on, thank goodness, but even so he was slightly burned and we were very lucky not to have an accident on a busy highway due to the shock. Paper cups instead of the previous Styrofoam is a good idea, but don't make these cups so cheaply thin that the paper, even doubled can't handle hot liquid and softens making use unsafe. The lids should also fit better. We never experienced this with other major vendors' coffee cups.

I come here everyday, been coming here every single day for 4 months because I’m doing construction down the road. And I get the same order everyday , and I get 1 sauce with my order everyday. And the guy who gives it to me always has the audacity to tell me “No” just straight up No he can’t give me sauce. And the fries are cold. How you tell me straight up NO to getting a sauce. Then tries to charge me for a sauce. In my entire life I’ve never had to pay for ONE sauce at a mcd.
