There are 2 drive thru lanes, but they only take orders on rt lane at half the frequency. If you go inside you're forced to order from a kiosk or stand alone at an empty counter watching a couple employs get food out to drive thru. Hire more staff. This McDonald's has the WORST service. Wish I could give it negative stars!

I had a very bad Labor Day weekend and this Monday night all I wanted was a Oreo McFlurry. So knowing what McDonald is I called and asked if there icecream machine was working. And the boy on the phone said no very rudely. I still went to McDonalds in my cheetah pjs to see because they are liars. I get to the window and said “may I have a Oreo McFlurry” and the man on the other side anything else i said “ and a small ice cream “ he tells me “ we have no ice cream” I said to him “so how are you gunna make the McFlurry with out icecream” he says “pull to the window” i giggled i laughed it was funny. He gives me my Oreo McFlurry and I wait to get home to eat it cause I’m lady like very demure. And it was not mixed. I had to mix my McFlurry and it was not very nice barely any Oreo on top. So now I’m sitting here in my cheetah pjs writing this crying eating my very purely made Oreo McFlurry alone on labor day night.

At lunch, the staff cannot get their act together: no one at the front counter, no more self-service, so you have to wait for ever for a refill or ketchup, the kiosks do not have paper, so you don't get a receipt, and they force you to pay instead of a table number. Very, very, poor service for a relocated store (from by the fairgrounds to this new of the highway location)

I ordered a 20 Piece nugget and a sweet tea. I asked for extra barbecue sauce and was told told that I only get 3. If I want extra it’s 16 cents each. If you order a 10 piece, you get 2 sauces. If you order a 20 piece, you get 3. Math doesn’t work. I will never go to this place again!!!!

7/11/24 2:20 pm. We’re traveling and decided to stop for coffee at this McDonalds. The manager on the register was rude and acted burdened by having to wait on us. With so many other fast food restaurants in the area you would think they would be a bit more friendly. Go own down the highway and stop somewhere else. We’ll never stop here again. The manager on duty needs to learn some hospitality.
