Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Consistently bad service. I’m sitting here in my car waiting 10 minutes so far and nothing. Told me to pull up to the exit window and no body at this window. Seriously 10 minutes for a bagel sandwich. And again, it’s consistently bad. Only reason I go here is because it’s close to my house. Otherwise I’d skip it.

They always mess up my order from missing items to small things like adding paid extra caramel in my iced coffee. On employee even started arguing with me that the iced coffee had extra caramel when clearly there was zero caramel forget the paid extra caramel.

Ordered breakfast with a large fountain. They brought the door without a drink. I asked them what about the drink and they still asking me what’s on the order. Finally after showing the lady the receipt she went and brought my large fountain why they didn’t fill it up. I ordered large fountain for a reason. Not a small fountain

Always have eye rolls and attitude from any drive thru employees. Even when order is wrong, I can’t even make remarks or comments without some side eyes.
Bad experience everytime I go to this McDonald's. There's other ones around. This should be your last option

Food is good than most McDonald's I've been to but my order is alway incorrect!!! They alway forget my hashbown and screws up my husband's coffee via cream and sugar packets. Smdh They always send us to the third window and have us waiting for 5 mins or more. The managers are nice but the service is not nice. We always end up having to revisit after pulling off and walk inside for missing orders or incorrect orders which defeats the drive thru purpose altogether.
