This is hands down the BEST Mcdonalds that I have ever been in. The employees are amazing and so is the management staff. The Resturant is very very clean and the food is always hot and fresh and delivered with a smile. I cannot stress enough how great this place is and I always looking forward to going back!

I am so grateful for the people working here. 2 women specially, I apologize if I spelled their names wrong. Cynthia was very kind and took upon herself to help me in a time of need. We all know times are rough and the fact that she was willing to help someone she didn’t even know is one golden gesture. Elena, in the other hand has absolutely impressed me with her customer service, I had placed an order and as well gave a suggestion that was more efficient and economically better. The attention to the customer is definitely here and this 2 women have exceeded all expectations. I’m so grateful for them and for this establishment. Let’s remember all workers here do their part and always with a smile. Thank you again.

I had a problem with my order and the drive up window person was very nasty when I stopped back to tell him about that order. When I went in to see the manager he must have already spoken to her and she would not come to the counter to talk to me about the sodas that were diet instead of regular. I will pass by this McDonald's and go to another.
Today, October 13, Sunday, around four to five o'clock, I stopped here with two of my friends to have Meal I ordered Double Fish Fillet Sandwiches for myself and two of my friends. When the manager at the counter gave us our order, The order they gave us was not what we ordered my friends started eating and when I opened my order I said this is not what we ordered I went back to the counter to discuss this I realized that the order you gave us is not what we ordered When I showed my order to the manager standing at the counter, he said, "Your friends have already started eating the order. So we can't change your order. When I told him that it's your fault that you didn't see our order and made it, he said we don't have time and when I asked him his name So he refused to tell me, I told him that you have argued with us, this behavior is not right, I want to complain against you, please tell me your name, so he refused to tell me his name. Such a large chain and its counter-representative behavior is like this. He is telling the customer after making the wrong order that you have started the order, so I don't accept my mistake and we don't have time to make you a new order.
