Worst manager and drive-through personnel. I know I don’t hold McDonald’s up to the high standards, but these people are the absolute worst. This specific McDonald’s is the only why I only go once a year now instead of every other week. It’s difficult to get anything done here. I honestly would just go to a different McDonald’s even if it’s further away than this one.

I do not recommend this macdonald all the time they give the wrong order bad service incorrect food and they charge you double the same thing happens several times I do not recommend it at all 😤

I always go through the drive thru. The first greeting (at the speaker) is never a greeting (good morning or hello). It’s always “are you using your mobile app?” Where is the friendly customer service? Not to mention, a no “thank you” or “have a nice day” at the end once you collect your order. Then today, same thing as above ^ but yet today when I got my iced coffee, the cup was not full and missing about 2”. When I ask the lady to top it off, she gave me a look and said “I’ll put more ice”. I said no, it needs to be coffee or milk. She tells me to calm down and starts mumbling as she fills my cup up. This needs to be addressed by management because this immature behavior is unacceptable especially at an establishment like McDonald’s! The lady was in her older age, African American working at the drive thru on Jan 2, 2025 before 10am. I’m sure they can track down who it was. Hopefully, she and the establishment can do better in this new year and moving forward!

The girl at the window was Gabriela and it was 11ish pm and she was just shockingly helpful and so sweet and considerate. She absolutely deserves a promotion and honestly her own franchise. She's the best. Our group was three Latino cousins ordering for a large after-party group. She's the best ever ever

I spent quite some time here today. Everyone was very upbeat, accommodating, kind,and helpful. The food was fresh and there were no issues with all 3 of my orders.

From the moment we entered, they looked at us very ugly and started saying things, then this boy in the photo, threw the sauces on the plate and didn't care that we were looking at him, there was another short worker accompanying him laughing with this boy, the service was very Terrible, I was very disappointed.
