Shake machine has been down last times my father and I tried to go and today also Feb 6th 2024. Reason given is it’s being cleaned. Shouldn’t that happen during close times? I’m Tim and I live in Whittier behind the store. My father is living with me now and really likes the shakes and needs to keep his calories up. I can’t go if the shakes aren’t available

I was just at this location and I know you can get up to two sauces with your order, I asked if I could have 2 and the lady at the window said I had to pay and charged me for it. I know is not a lot of money, but I was just asking for 2 sauces which on my understanding it’s included on your order.

Crispy Chicken fillets I've had usually (including tonight) have chewy blobs that don't seem to be meat probably have little nutritional value and can't be good for the digestion. Recently went through renovation that removed a few things (like the self serve fountains). Prices often higher than other locations when item not a national promotion.

This particular location is more expensive than others and they do not include hash browns with their breakfast meals. It was almost $10 for a bacon, egg, and cheese mcgriddle MEAL that was just the sandwich and small coffee.
