Update: Still more than 10 minutes to get my order! They’re not even that busy. The slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! My McNuggets are rubbery and old during peak time! Why do my fries taste like fish?

Sheree (hope I spelt this right) is AMAZING. I know this is a McDonalds, but she actually is attentive and polite to the pint you may forget that. She has been the sole reason I have continued to come here week after week. She always smiles, had a cheery attitude and never hesitates to help get you what you need. Super thankful for her being at this location!

This just happened, we ordered online two big breakfast platters, everything was paid for and we have a receipt for it. It was confirmed by the 1st window and when we got to the second window, a woman working the second window claimed to not have any proof of the order despite us showing her proof on the app. It seems like she might’ve given our order away as she tried to hand us a different order and was too lazy to remake it for us. She told us it wasn’t in the system therefore she can’t give us our order but if it wasn’t how did the man in the 1st window confirm our order? We wasted $15.07 for no reason. I can understand if there was a miscommunication or a glitch in the system but to be told and shown proof and not resolve anything is beyond lazy and is theft. I understand food service is a mentally taxing job BUT I would appreciate if certain workers would not take it out on the customers who just want to be in and out and cause no problems! I was extremely disappointed by this morning and advise for others to be weary of online ordering especially if you need to budget and save money!

Door states they open at 5am. I arrive at 539am- 548am door locked and no one comes to door. Can not use drive thru due to work truck being too big. About 20times this has happened now. Mcdonalds must make too much money if they don't worry about opening on time. Mayb they should not be charging as much as they do aswell. Pretty sad when I gotta wake up early for work but can't go anywhere cuz no one knows how open on time.

Absolutely disgusting. Mens restrooms toilets were not cleaned. Asked manager that it needs service. Saw no action after. No wifi either. Just go somewhere else.

Something is always missing from our order, almost every single time we order from this McDonald’s. Whenever they pour you drinks, its always comically half filled. Its never filled to the top, I find myself having to give the drink back to ask them to fill it up more.
The restaurant is clean. The food assembly could use improvements.

Every location the consistency and speed of service is exemplary. The $5 meal deal plus the long lasting soda pricing has me going to McDonald's exclusively. I see multiple clients a day and am on the road frequently all week, every week. I depend upon McDonald's to maintain my budget and my diet. Yes, diet. Congratulations, McDonald's, you have mastered affordability and made this person's life much easier!
