I came here at 4:20 am no line not busy somehow they managed to get my order wrong and this middle eastern looking guy with braids cursed me out for hostile with me said do you want a refund or what and slammed the drive through window in my face , his name is Rohan , he should differently be fired , this is the last time I’m coming to this location and I will be spreading the word to all my friends and family to avoid this McDonalds , I will be calling corporate about this location and how awful it is

They have Monopoly Go posted on the windows but are scamming the people who are trying to get the game pieces. They said they have zero monopoly pieces so they are using false advertisement to drum up business. Signed a disappointed customer!

Terrible service! We ordered a small order through the app, then waited out in their pickup spot for 25 minutes. My husband finally went inside and they told him they “forgot about the order”. We waited another for them to make the order all over again, then when my husband brought it out to the car, half of the order was missing. He had to go back in and asked for a manager. The response from the manager was “I’m the manager, is this important?” He said we had waited for over 30 minutes for our food at this point and half the order was still missing and he was met with “look, we are really busy, here’s some fries…” 41 minutes after placing the order, we finally had all our food… absolutely ridiculous and atrocious service…

Men's Bathroom,no water, handful of soap nothing to wash with. Ha. Not sure what employees are doing. Yuck. Thought I'd let em know. Employees were have to much fun talking. I left

In the 8 a.m. hour, there's not an abundance of options available in the area for breakfast. I was on foot looking for a place in the Westview Promenade to get something eat while my vehicle was getting serviced nearby so I decided just to head here to McDonald's since I knew it would be open. I went in and placed my Egg McMuffin Meal ($7.49) order from the self-service kiosk. After I entered my order, I took a numbered table tent and sat down at the table of my choice. A few moments later an employee brought out my ordered food on a tray. I took the provided empty cup and walked over to the self-serve drink station but no iced tea came out of the dispenser so I had to visit the front counter, actually speak to an employee, and ask for help in filling the cup with my drink of choice (face with open mouth emoji). The food was standard McDonald's breakfast meal quality, taste, and temperature of the food. The employees were friendly and the restaurant's dining room was kept in a clean state. I completed the McDonald's Customer Satisfaction Survey online and was provided a validation code at the end in which I'm hoping to use for a Buy One Get One Any Sandwich at a future participating location. I've not tried to do this before and cash in on this special survey offer. I can't wait to see if it works.

Wow! I just went there at 10:20 AM Monday December 2 and the guy that was taking orders is the best person I’ve seen I’ve never been to a Mc Donald’s with such a good service he is really kind and respectful I couldn’t see his name but my respect for that guy .
