I believe since staff has changed , which it always does the service has been very poor. Today order my normal a Carmel frappe with whipped cream at the bottom. I paid extra and I was told they can not do that , but however when I got to the window the lady said they did - I pointed at the bottom and there was no whipped cream and she then says we don't do that - Huh ? So you do or don't ? Anyways she then says we can remake it for you and I just said no thank you because everyday it just feels like they're making up there own rules and charging extra for things. I was already running behind and just wanted to keep it peaceful - Now here the kicker, I order a steak bagel and I bite into it there is a long piece of hair once again this happen in the past because they do not wear hair nets smh . I just will not eat at this location anymore , switch sucks cause its close by work .

Delivery didn't bring everything. Support refunded. I reordered. With additional fees, it costs me 4 dollars more than they refunded. Support said they could t help me. Promised to forward me to a supervisor and never did, just ended the chat. It cost me 4 dollars and 30 minutes online to l fix their mistake.
This is why people hate corporations.

the atmosphere was alright but when i went later that night the lady that took my order (said her name was Paige) messed up my order and laughed at me when i asked where the rest of my order was, although they made the rest of my order for free the Mcdouble they gave me was covered in a thick black grease like they have not cleaned the grill and the fries were soggy and cold. i did not like the fact that they tried to make me look bad when they made my order wrong and low quality.

Kind of weird they do not take any orders. People have to do it themselves. A lot of folks were getting frustrated in the lobby. Someone dropped their soda and literally had to yell back so someone could help him clean it up (even though there was a gentleman cleaning tables who looked at them and walked away). You can’t have a robot do everything.

Typical McDonald's..they are all the same...prices creeping up...food except double cheeseburger & fries when fresh (both are phenomenal] is mediocre in my opinion. Getting service is tough. I don't understand how most patrons use drive thru [bad for environment] + uses gas when placing order inside is more effective & often quicker But inside..you can get anything fresh...rarely in drive thru
