i scheduled my pick-up order for 7pm and waited for more than 15 minutes. one of workers told me they do people's orders upfront first and online later. what is that? do both same time. finally got my order 30 minutes later. never again. you need to provide training to those staff to improve timing.

Usually the service at this location is above average. But tonight, walked in with about a dozen people waiting for online orders and about 6 people that walked in waiting to order. The 3 young ladies behind the counter were only trying to fill the online orders and were ignoring the people waiting to order. If you take online orders, you still need someone to take the walk-in orders. Otherwise why open to the public if you only want to fill online orders! I waited in line for 15 minutes when I gave up and left to get my dinner at the Black Hog. You need to improve the training for the dinner staff!

My first experience at Moe’s Food was mid and I was waiting for around 10 minutes while all the staff was in the back goofing off. I ordered an chicken burrito and asked for chips and salsa, they gave me a whole bag of chips and large salsa and charged me extra $10 definitely not coming back.

The food was disturbingly foul. I almost hurled as the slimy chicken made its way to my mouth. The taste of the rice with the veggies, cheese and pico was wild. No seasoning what’s so ever. There was a slight chance that the food could have been subpar if I was able to given the chance to drown my food in salsa but unfortunately The salsa bar was closed 2 hours before closing…Dont even get me started on those chips either. They had a sardine twang to em. To add, the young lady could not even fold my burrito for the love of God. No words. Just disturbing. Threw it away immediately.

if i could put negative starts i would but they won't let me. i got the edgy veggie bowl, they gave me 3 slices of peppers. it didn't even equal a quarter pepper. how is that a edgy veggie bowl? and then got smart with me when i asked for more.
The lady Jess jones who made a review, I was behind her in line and she was so nasty and rude. She was screaming at everyone to make her food the way she wanted it and was holding up the line. The girls were so nice and offered me extra sour cream for my quesadilla and gave me a cup of chicken for my dog. Thanks team moes !

I went in and told him that I wanted a bowl but it's called a more meat more cheese the girl just starts making my food without asking me what I want inside it or anything just start making it and I proceed to tell her I don't want it that way ... she's like that what the paper says I don't care what the paper says you make my food way I ask you to make it period so I will be talking with the manager

Came for a PTA fundraiser. Plenty of parking in the back and wasn't too busy around dinner time. The menu at moes seems to have changed since I've last been, but options were still good. Food tasted fresh and I am obsessed with the quest! Service was quick and easy, noise was average--- this isn't a fancy place by any means... my kid had fun and enjoyed the cheese quesadilla with chips. It definitely helped to make dinner quick and easy.
