Sister liked the tossed salad with Bleu cheese. Pizza, mushroom with half pepperoni, flavor okay. Biggest negative was crust edge was very dry, and bottom of much of pizza overdone.
Food is ok. We come back for the bartenders everytime

I was picking up a pizza and paying in part with a gift card. Apparently, the gift card was so old they couldn't put it through the system, but they honored it for the $10 that was written on it. Thank you, Spring Ridge J&P! I really appreciated that after driving 20 minutes to pick it up and since I wouldn't have ordered something if I hadn't had the gift card.

Today I called to make a delivery order at 6 and was told it would be here in 30 or 40 minutes... 2 hours later I call and ask and was told to wait another 20 minutes that the order was just sent out with the driver.. 30 more minutes go by nothing, I call and ask for a refund, no apology no offer to remake the order and when I told the worker on the phone atleast an apology or something for my trouble would be nice and I was told "she will let the manager know this" instead of even apologizing for the mistake herself. This is the second time ive paid 30 dollars for one pasta dish & never received the food, just bad service instead.

Food is getting batter. Wait staff still is young but the new hires have a smile. Bar is fun especially on trivia nights. Can get busy on the weekends.

I've lived in this neighborhood since before this restaurant opened and have eaten there off and on for over twenty years. It's changed hands often and only briefly been run well, but that was years ago. For the past 3 years or so every dish I've ordered has been poorly done - wrong dish altogether, undercooked chicken, wrong sauce, under or overcooked pasta - always something. I just ordered my dad the only meal he wanted for father's day but couldn't get yesterday, angel hair pasta with meatsauce and extra meatballs. It gets here and no extra meatballs, not a huge deal but they were still paid for. They read back the ticket sent to the kitchen and it was accurate so, once again the kitchen couldn't fulfill a correct order. There's no quality control, so no one bothered to check the order before charging for it. Again, this isn't threatening to ruin anyone's day but the fact remains that I haven't come across anyone there who cares about what they're making or serving. Just a poor experience every time, for years.

Okay, J&P needs to get a handle on their bar if they want people to dine in their restaurant. We went for dinner yesterday evening around 6-7 and it was not a pleasant experience due to the very high level of noise coming from the bar. It was impossible to have a relaxing dinner with conversation. And that was very disappointing, because the food was pretty good, as was the service. But there's just no way I'm going to be back to dine in until something is done about the bar noise. There's just no reason why we should have to listen to aging bros yuck it up at the bar while trying to enjoy a nice meal. And this isn't an isolated case, as it's been like that the last several times we've been there. But I'm done.

The new specials menu is GREAT!You all need to try the Veal Tuscany, it's delicious! ❤️The bartenders are the best!
