2MAY2025 My first time eating and visiting here and won’t be my last. Maria greeted me with a warm smile and very welcoming demeanor. Took my order lickity split. Then Nick bought my food out to me with a warm, friendly smile.
Great menu to choose from, reasonable prices, clean, friendly environment, good music (that you are able to have a conversation w/o yelling). The entire visit was wonderful. I will stop in for another afternoon of me time. This location is great and the view they have of the area is wonderful. The patio area sits off the sits off the side of the building facing the Wormans Mill traffic, far off enough not to be noisy. Stop in and you’ll see

The noodles were either undercooked or cooked properly then slightly dried out as a sat. I order two dishes both of them had about half as much sauce as you would expect from the pictures. Overall the pasta was dry and chewy with little sauce. I haven't been to a noodles & company in many years and I probably will not go to another one for many many many many many many many many more years.

Absolutely loved the food and the staff! They all seem like they enjoy the work and they're very happy. The selection of dishes is really good! However I do find it odd that I was served in plastic takeout containers even though I was given the sit-down dine-in experience. That might be normal, but I've never seen it before!

Got Bacon Parmesan Chicken Alfredo. Unfortunately, the fettuccine was somewhat al dente, and the broccoli was not seasoned. The most savory component that tied the dish together was the Parmesan Chicken with bacon bits.

We met to celebrate my granddaughter’s birthday, having no expectation of the recognition that sit-down restaurants are known for. There were smiles all around when the servers surprised her with a song and rice crispy cake with candles!

I’m really not sure what’s wrong with this Noodles & Company. First of all, it smells like literal poo. The chicken just isn’t right. I’ve been to many Noodles & Companies and the Parmesan crusted chicken is always right. This one is rubbery and the breading is falling off the chicken. Then they mess up your orders. No seasoning on the butter noodles, it literally just leaves greased noodles.
Please quality control this location.

Twice we've gotten dinner from here. The first time there was hardly any sauce on the noodles. The 2nd time I paid for extra sauce. It was a small condiment container of cheese water. It wasn't sauce it was thin as pure water. Made the noodles gross. We won't be back. Maybe other locations are better but this one is terrible.
